Fantastic
Dr. Cahill took her time to look over my skin and address all my concerns and explained conditions in simple terms. She and her assistant were very friendly and professional. She is the first dermatologist that made me feel valued and important, since moving to Port Charlotte 9 years ago. So glad that we were scheduled with her, and we now have a dermatologist that takes the time to care.

Not a comment on Dr. Cahil. Didn't see her.
Poor scheduling. One hour wait. To make matter worse, they had scheduled the wrong procedure. Now I have to re-schedule. Office manager could not provide the number to call. Utterly incompetent

Dr. Cahill is everything we look for in a dermatologist and more! She is very thorough, knowledgeable and gentle. She listens to your concerns and addresses each one of them. Every time we go, she seems happy to see us!! =]

Poor scheduling
The scheduling department needs better training on booking appointments. Very disappointed in today’s appt and won’t use the office again all due to the limited time provided for the skin issues I wanted addressed.

Very rushed.
Was hoping for hormone or any type of labs to be done for find the cause of the problem. First thing offered: "Lets start with antibiotics." Very rushed visit, didn't feel heard. Thought that in 2023 there would be more options to treat adult acne or at least lets find the cause first. Could be wrong but again no time to sit down and explain the approach nor why lab or swabs are not needed. That's right, provider did not sit down when spoke to me nor washed hands or wore gloves when touched my face.

Great staff and super quick.
Kicked around an appointment for over a year and finally started to set ine up online but ran into a problem. Awhile later I got a call confirming I needed an appointment and theu had 1 in 2 days. I came in today and the staff was definitely busy but everyone was super friendly and helpful. Quickest doctor appointment I've had in years!!

Never got to see doctor filled out all paperwork sat in lobby and waited and waited and waited finally got up and approached reception desk and nobody acknowledged me so I walked out
