Very disappointed. Called to request an appt several days in a row; all I got was a recording. I left two voicemail messages, requested an appointment online, even had my husband physically show up to the office to see if it was open. He advised one of the ladies in the office I was desperately trying to get an appt. Her response, someone would definitely call me to schedule one. It's been over a week. Still no call back to date. Speaks volumes for me. Especially for a Dr's office. Unacceptable!

Paul Tartell and staff solved my sinus infection problems through a procedure with balloon and I haven’t had a sinus infection since. My voice also sounds better. I would recommend them to anyone with ear/nose/throat issues. Also everyone is very friendly and truly want to help you with your sinus problems etc.

Doctor and Staff is very attentive, detail and thorough, would love to explore more preventive measure of treatment, but otherwise great service and will refer family and friends.

I am so happy I found Dr. Tartell! I have suffered for years from vertigo, but have never been professionally diagnosed. Dr. Tartell diagnosed me with vertigo, and assured me that it was very treatable. We did some exercises in the office, and I felt great! His staff was wonderful - the assistant at the front desk was warm, and friendly, and his medical staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. I am so sorry I didn't find Dr. Tartell sooner -- I am feeling great thanks to him and his team

Would not go anywhere else.

Outstanding medical facility. As a patient with allergies Dr. Tartell and staff diagnosed my allergies and started a cure and eventually discovered my throat cancer and saved my life. My cancer was eliminated by a doctor at the University of Miami, Dr. David Arnold. I was given 90 days to live in October 2009. I am cured and alive today.

I am a new patient of Dr. Tartell and can happily say that I am comfortable with him so far. His office makes scheduling appointments simple and his receptionist is friendly towards me. I never feel unwelcome or rushed. The wait time is normally 15 minutes, which is understandable. Dr. Tartell never has a problem answering my questions and leaving me with accurate diagnoses. I highly recommend him as a medical professional!
