Dismissive
I went to Dr Talise for severe pelvic pain, heavy periods, and more. He first explained the menstrual cycle to me, and then told me I needed to take more otc NSAIDS. THEN he did a horrible painful pelvic exam, and stated that it hurt because I needed to exercise more. Needless to say that was our only meeting. I was diagnosed with stage 3 endometriosis later, by a specialist, and now have deeply damaged pelvic organs. This could have been avoided had Dr Talise not been dismissive of my severe pain, and actually tried to help me instead of prescribing more birth control and ‘exercise’. Don’t see him.
