Good Physician But 2 things drive me crazy
I have been going to Dr. Tack for 5 or 6 years. Last couple of years, I've been on a weight loss program (40 lb lost, few more to go). He seems to be a believer in supplements and plenty of prescription drugs to try and keep an old guy (73) healthy and "younger". For me, he's generally on time and personable. I prefer a small office like his to a big spread out practice that so many are going to these days. Right now, his staff is friendly and professional, but has turned over a lot in the last 3 or 4 years (maybe Covid related?). But here's the complaint: when I renew my mail order prescriptions and they need approval from Dr. Tack, the office never responds. I mean, never. I have to go to the office and hover over them to get the prescription renewed. The second is his billing company. Bills are impossible to understand, and I'm a CPA. I've talked to them several times, but it hasn't helped. So, instead of 5, I give him a 4.

Best Doctor I ever saw. Unfortunately I moved and no longer see him. I miss Dr Tack. I've yet to find a doctor that cares the way he does. He's a real doctor. Not a profit monger like so many doctors are. Doctor Tack CARES ABOUT YOU!

He was too busy trying to give vaccination. Didn't bother ordering basic lab work. He is very odd. His staff is rude and rarely answer to phones. Choose another PCP!

I just want to say thank you . I was so scared to get my knee drained and he and his staff were so supportive. He did great. I know he cares for his patients. My grandma started with him so many years ago. And now he see a few of the family members.

When I first went to Dr Tack, he was always late. He is very disorganized and doesn't focus during your appt. He looks at his phone, doesn't make eye contact & seems as thought he is not there. I have lost weight but cannot handle the way he practices. I have worked in the medical field for 18 years and would not recommend him. He has a new office manager JB who is great. I just can't see doctors who are this disorganized and unfocused.
