Simply the Best
The first time I met Dr. Simonoff, I knew he was different in a very positive way. He was very personable and reassuring about the cardiac issue I was dealing with. Dr. Simonoff was very thorough and ordered several tests that my previous cardiologist had not done. The results of the tests Dr. Simonoff ordered revealed an underlying cardiac issue that, as it turns out, I had been dealing with for several years.Dr. Simonoff treated the condition and resolved my issue. I continue to see Dr. Simonoff every six months so that he can monitor my cardiac health. He is simply the best, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking cardiac care.Felice K. Dr. Simonoff has been my cardiologist for over twenty years. He has always been not only a very skilled. thorough and astute practitioner but also a caring human being. He takes the time to address patient issues and concerns and to answer questions. Dr. Simonoff finds the delicate balance between being absolutely thorough and yet not being alarming. One can always feel that Dr. Simonoff is 'approachable' and is a physician who considers his patients's needs to be a significant priority. He has an amazing intuitive diagnostic skill for which I and my family are internally grateful because on two occasions his skill and willingness to go that 'extra 9 yards' has most likely saved my life and reach the present age of 87. On the first occasion Dr. Simonoff diagnosed I had atrial fib requiring a pace maker being put in within hours to prevent a cardiac episode and on the second occasion he diagnosed an extremely rare but very serious cardiac condition called Amyloidosis. *****!

Dr. Simonoff has been treating me for over 20 years. Dr. Simonoff is the best doctor that I have ever been associated with. Among the many outstanding characteristics of Dr. Simonoff, is the fact that he is extremely thorough in every aspect of treatment. I know for a fact that Dr. Simonoff does a lot of medical research and is on top of the latest findings in cardiology. Dr. Simonoff takes the time to listen and provide excellent explanations. He is proactive, and this causes him to treat possible issues before they become serious or life threatening. Last but not least, Dr. Simonoff is a kind and caring person, and goes above and beyond in every way. I highly recommend Dr. Simonoff to anyone with cardiac issues.

I last saw Dr Simonoff in Jan. 2020 and had several test done at that time. Stress test, ekg and the Nuclear (dye) test. Everything looked good - no problems. I was due to have an epidural the 1st of April and the COVID-19 hit and every thing was on lock-down. My orthopedic Dr. said they would resume practice on May 11. I called and schedule a visit and was told a authorization form had been sent to Dr. Simonoff to sign. I got a call from Dr. Simonoff saying he would have to see me first before he would sign the form. It had only been less than 4 months since I'd seen him. I've been getting Epidurals since 2018 and he's always signed the form for me to stop blood thinner for 5 days prior to the procedure. I know all doctors were shut down for 3 months without all the income coming in. But that's no reason for them to call all patients and demand to see them immediately so they can replenish their bank accounts. Everybody lost income during this pandemic.
