Poor Quality of Care
This doctor is not only un-professional in not following through with scheduled video appointments on time, his nurse Tracy is just as un-professional and caring about patient care. The doctor failed to properly establish care with specialist to deal with conditions outside of his expertise but just kept prescribing medications and conducting phone conversations instead of in person visits and or simply referring out for proper care even after things opened up for providers to see patients post Covid 19.
