Was on time. For my colonoscopy. Good Introduction of self ,Good explanation of the procedure. Personal questions answered. Nurse , others in place. Everything went well. The discharge was good with instructions to follow-up.

Worse Doctor ever!!!! Refuse to answer my questions regarding my PET scan results. Told me to read his notes on my visit summary instead of him telling what may have caused my condition, what possible treatment. When I asked him why he couldn’t tell me what he had put on my visit summary. He rudely stated to me “To Be Frankly honest with you Ms. Rawles you were late for you appointment and he had a patient whose appointment was at 9:06 am that was waiting.”So his other patient was more important than addressing my concerns. If I was sooo late for my appointment Kaiser will not let you check in and have me reschedule. He as a doctor has a duty to provide care and address any of my concerns. He didn’t make me aware of all the labs. Just he was going to check my thyroid. I went to lab had 9 tubes of blood drawn and received a large container that I have to collect urine for 24hr??? Why didn’t Dr. Reynolds explain why I needed to do this??? I forgot he repeated told me in my visit that he didn’t have time to explain something I could read!! This visit has cause me mental anguish! Worse representation of a Doctor!
