Total Knee Arthroplasty-revision
Dr. Phillips did a a TKA revision on my knee that I originally had a TKA on two years prior. The revision results are well worth the second surgery. After five weeks of physical therapy my knee feels much better. I highly recommended Dr. Phillips for your knee or shoulder treatment needs. He is very thorough in his evaluation and explanation of your needs.

I have known Dr. Phillps for over 5 years, and he is a Christian, patriot, and gentleman! I saw him for a wrist/hand injury several years ago, but he was called to Afghanistan for military duty and could not be available to follow up with my injury. Now that he is practicing full time in Fredericksburg, I am delighted to return to him for pain in my fingers on the hand that was injured and has been operated on by a doctor in San Antonio while Dr. Phillips was out of the country. Yesterday, he knew exactly what was wrong with my little finger, and he gave me an injection to ease/remove the pain. I am elderly, and I love having someone I can trust to address my orthopedic challenges locally!

Dr. Phillips has been my primary orthopedic since he returned to Fredericksburg in 2015. I've had wrist/elbow and wrist/finger surgeries, both with excellent results. He takes his time in examinations and makes sure you understand what the issues are and what treatment options exist. He isn't in a rush to operate.
