Dr Phelps is Very Much Missed at the Atlanta VA
Dr Phelps is the best doctor I ever had.He left the VA a few years back and my healthcare has never been the same.If he is your doctor, you are very fortunate. He will always fight for you.

Fantastic Surgeon and Staff
I had a four lid blepharoplasty with a browpexy and CO2 laser resurfacing and couldn't be happier. After a lot of research, I chose Dr. Phelps because he specializes in this type of surgery, had excellent natural results in before/after pics, and had a strong focus on safety. His staff is very supportive throughout the healing process and answered all my questions and concerns. It's a bit of an emotional rollercoaster during the healing process (for me, specifically the CO2 laser was a little rough) but it was well worth it! So happy I did it!

Dr. Phelps is the best doctor at the Atlanta VA Medical Center. He’s put together a great staff. I’m very thankful to have him as my primary care doctor. My hope is that he don’t retire anytime soon
