Don’t go to him
I had an infected wisdom tooth. My dentist sent me here because they could see me. I waited over an hour. Once brought in, was mocked for getting upset. I was afraid and he found it amusing. He painfully jabbed my mouth numerous times with novacaine then yanked my teeth out. He lacks bedside manner & makes situation worse. Don’t go here if you want someone caring & someone who will walk you through what’s happening.

We came to Dr Peracchio for removing two teeth for my daughter, age 8. While the staff was courteous for the most part, I was told I could not be in the operating room with her during the procedure. She was very nervous about the procedure and started to cry. Dr Peracchio’s response was “She just needs to learn to follow directions.” And “It will be better if you leave.” I saw that his assistant was helping calm my daughter and so I let them continue the procedure. Afterwards they were done, I met my daughter, who had calmed down. I thanked the assistant for helping my daughter to feel safe and then expressed my frustration for how Dr Peracchio treated me and my daughter. His response was “I removed her teeth, didn’t I?” And then he walked away. I have never seen any doctor show such disregard for his patients and would never recommend anyone take their children to this office.

DO NOT GO TO THIS "ORAL SURGEON" HE IS A HACK!! He left me with a huge vertical slice in my gum after removing a tooth, fractured my tooth next to the one being pulled, which resulted in a root canal and a crown on that tooth, and did NOT put me on antibiotics after he left a gaping hole in my gum ABOVE the tooth line which led to a major infection. What surgeon does not prescribe antibiotics when he leaves you with an open tooth socket and a sliced gum, with a major amount of bone loss? I could have done a better job pulling my tooth with a monkey wrench than this "surgeon". One star too many for this bumbling fool.

Started off by his assistant lying and telling me nitrous was just oxygen, removed my wisdom teeth, the swelling never completely subsided and pieces of my wisdom tooth started working their way out of my gums causing pain, bleeding & infection. 8 months later & now my other teeth have started to decay b/c my gums were so inflamed from the left behind pieces for 8 months and I couldn’t brush my gum line. No way he didn’t know pieces were left behind they should of done something if not that day then should of followed up with me, at the very least told me! Don’t go to this hack. Overall everything was a red flag, including being so insistent I didn’t bring a phone in with me (I like music to calm me at the dentist this is the only time it was ever forbidden) Now Ik why, because they clearly aren’t professional and don’t want you to be able to catch them. Save yourself the hassle, there is a reason he has a clear open schedule and other oral surgeons are booked for months ahead of time!

My dentist and GP sent me to Dr Peracchio for a biopsy on my mouth ulcer. He said “ I don’t know why your dr and dentist would send you to me. A biopsy on an ulcer will not show anything.” I told him I was afraid the ulcers would come back. He said “ I do not treat afraid. There are other drs for that”. Then he picked up my folder and said “ you’re free to go”. I have never had a good experience with him. He is rude , sarcastic, and displays no companion.

I had a terrible experience with Oral Facial Surgery Center. Dr Perracchio performed my wisdom teeth extraction. For the consultation, he completely disregarded that I said I think I had an infection. He scheduled the surgery within days. The surgery was fine, but I developed dry socket. Only dental assistants would see me, a different woman each time. They didn't keep track of my visits and all provided me different info. Still in pain after 2 weeks, I had to find another dentist to treat me.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Peracchio. I was super nervous and the assistant really helped make me feel better before Dr. Peracchio came into the room. After a couple seconds working on the 3rd tooth it started to be uncomfortable. Dr. Peracchio stopped more than once to give me more Novocain and make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Peracchio really made sure it was as painless as possible.
