Rude
I took my 83 year old mother to the ER after her blood pressure had spiked dangerously high. Dr. Novak was the Rent-A-Doctor on call, and ended up being the worst doctor we’ve ever seen! He didn’t come within 2 feet of my mother. He was rude, arrogant, and told her she was nervous and it was all in her head. He contradicted the advice given to her from a different doctor. Actually said blood pressure is nothing to worry about. He was a real jerk. I’m thankful we had a kind nurse who explained things in a respectful, caring manner. Novak’s bedside manner was unkind, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. I would NOT recommend him to anyone!

Would not recommend him for anything. Very rude and bed side manner was in excusable. He yelled at me for having my phone in my hand( not using it, just holding it) and he told me and my son to sit like we were dogs. Will never let a family member or myself be taken care of by him!!!!

This dr was the worst emergency room physician we have ever seen!!! He started guessing at what was wrong and because nothing was broken didn't care to evaluate any further. I will never come back to this ER for fear of having him again.
