Dr. Paul Haver, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Haver for the last 20 years. Generally, I've had positive experiences with him. He has been seeing fewer patients in the last couple of year and I've instead been attended to by his Nurse Practioner, Kelleigh Strickland, whom I've had wonderful experience with. If not for Kelleigh, I would have tried out other doctors to see if I was missing anything. Overall, his office staff are fine but every once in a while patients can tell there are black sheep in the office. Medical staff are mostly the same. Dr. Haver is not a bad doctor by any means, but you have to advocate for yourself and ask questions because he won't always take the time to ask himself. The practice is located in a converted home and space is very limited. The waiting room, though recently refurbished, could still use a lot of love.

This man is devoted to the care of his patients. Their wellbeing is his utmost priority! Dr. Haver and his excellent nurse, Sandra, should be called the Dynamic Duo of Healthcare in Athens, Ga. They are outstanding examples of caring medical professionals!

Dr. Haver is a great doctor. He takes his time with patients and does not rush in the least. He has been my primary care physician since I have lived in Athens. I have lived in Athens 30 years.

I have been a patient here for almost 10 years. Dr. Haver takes the time to listen to you and answer any questions you have. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. Also, I've had nothing but good experiences with the office staff and nurses.

I have been his patient since 1989. He has always been kind, and compassionate. He actually acts like I am the only patient there and takes time to explain things and answers my questions. I can't imagine having another Dr. for my many health care needs. If I am sick and call them they get me in that day and that is wonderful.
