My insurance company referred me to a company that specializes in trying to reverse type 2 diabetes as partner with my endocrinologist, Dr. Graham. They advised him to their program when I began and since joining that program, my A1C dropped from 7.5 to 5.9 and I lost weight. During my follow up visit with Dr. Graham he did not want to focus on my success, but rather that he saw this company as a conflict of interest and was told I had to choose between him or them. I was shocked that his ego was so inflated that he would not even see how I was being successful, but rather that this company was a threat to his practice. He'd apparently have people stay on expensive medications rather than take a wholistic approach to try to reverse my diabetes. I've had more success on this program within the last 100 days than I have in 8 years of seeing an endocrinologist. Pretty sad he chose this path and basically kicked me out of his practice via a certified letter. Shameful!

I've heard wonderful things about Dr. Graham. The problem is that his front desk staff is horrible and the practice manager won't return my calls. I am a stroke survivor with memory issues and made the mistake of somehow not getting my appointment, which I had made months prior, on my calendar. All of my other doctors call, text or send email reminders. His office does not. Nor did they call to say I'd missed my appointment. I've been trying for months to reschedule my appointment to no avail. I went to the office this week hoping to have better luck. The front desk person was extremely rude and told me I needed permission from the practice manager to reschedule. I have left the practice manager several messages to no avail. Sadly, I am giving up on this practice. I'm hoping Dr. Graham sees this as the consistent feedback on social media is that he is great, but his staff is not. Sad!

Dr Paul Graham is an endocrinologist who manages diabetes. He takes a great deal of time to understand what's going on with the patient and to explain the finest details of the patients condition. An added bonus is it a typically spend no more than 5 to 10 minutes in the waiting room the appointments are always on time.

My appointment with Dr Graham was a joke. I came with intentions of receiving thyroid testing and advice. One he heard that I was an alternative medicine recipient, he abruptly ended the appointment and excused himself. Not professional at all!

Dr Graham is exceptional - he is kind, caring and encouraging! I wish I had found him years ago! My A1C levels have been dangerously high for a long time - with one visit to him and his referral to a wonderful dietitian, there is already a significant drop. I cannot say enough about this man - he is wonderful! I wish more doctors were like him!
