After considering a tummy tuck for many years, I made the decision to move forward in January 2022. The procedure was scheduled to correct two c-section scars, a hysterectomy scar and to reshape my midsection. Dr. Paul Gill suggested an expanded tummy tuck with liposuction. Dr Gill and his associates (Lindsey and Jennifer) were professional, compassionate (the first week post-surgical recovery was a little tough) and very detailed with their instructions in leading me through the process and setting recovery milestone expectations. The only word to explain my results is AMAZING! I am beyond ecstatic. Dr. Gill's amazing surgical skills resulted in one thin, very low surgical scar. The overall appearance of my midsection is better than I could have possibly imagined. I am 7 months out from surgery and simply put, I'm thrilled. Regrets? Yes. Why did I wait so long to see Dr. Gill? I would not hesitate to use him for any future surgeries.

Fantastic surgeon. So glad I took my time and did not feel rushed. He explained the details about my body, my skin and the outcomes so I knew what to expect. Pathetic.....he is awful and won't follow thru on his service. Have an issue after your surgery he will leave you hanging and won't see you again. oh he will push you off to another doctor and thank goodness for that doctor but pretty said when Dr Gill doesn't even check on you after it is all said and done.

Dr. Gill spent at least 20-30 minutes with me explaining expectations, downtime and helping my husband and I plan out the best time for my surgery so that I could have help at home and with my children. I researched 4 doctors and they stood out hands down. I am now 6 months into my healing and could not be happier!

Dr. Gill is caring, he listens and understands his patients' wants and desires and strives to give his absolute best in his surgeries! I am 10 days post-op breast implant downsize with lift and I can see how great my breasts are going to look when I get done healing. Amazing doctor and staff!They were all professional and very friendly. I went to The Gill Aesthetics and had Botox with Dr. Anita Gill. She was so sweet and friendly, explained everything to me. I was very impressed with Dr. Gill and his staff. He did not try to push more surgery on me like other doctors did. Was very professional and answered all our questions. He even called my husband after surgery to check on me. I am only a month post op but have had no problems and my scars are looking amazing.

I did alot of research on plastic surgeons for my surgery and read all the amazing reviews on Dr. Gill and made my first appointment. The moment I walked into his office and was greeted by name for the first time. He was so informative and helpful during my first visit. Answered all questions and never felt rushed at all. I knew I wanted him as my Surgeon not only by the amazing work I had seen but by the impression i got from him. The office staff is awesome also with information, helpful etc.
