I should have followed my instincts when there was NO EYE CONTACT during my visit . Despite years since my surgery, I’m still as mad as when I first noticed the out come of the blepharoplasty for herniated fat . If someone told me eyes’ size change, I wouldn’t have believed it . Mine did . I’m a doctor and I know what I'm talking about. Had to have a revision surgery for my eyes shortly after he performed his . Still VERY ANGRY..

I was one of Dr Garland’s last patients he performed LASIK Surgery on in Colorado Springs, CO back in late 2001 timeframe. Dr Garland was wonderful and I was very disappointed that he moved away. I have always had problems with my eyes due to having a severe lazy eye that required surgery when I was a child. My vision was very bad when I saw Dr Garland and due to my history and the fact that I have a very super thin cornea (left eye) I think it’s safe to say that most doctors would not have attempted doing this surgery on me. Thankfully Dr Garland was able to. I did have complications in the left eye due to the flap moving. This was simply due to how thin it was; not due to anything Dr Garland did. He was very thorough and saw me several more times at no additional cost to correct my complication. It’s been over 22 years now, and though I need corrective lenses and have mono vision now; I’m very grateful to Dr Garland for performing LASIK on me. I was legally blind and my vision continued to worsen. Thank you Dr Garland! I really appreciate you and your expertise care. You really made a life changing difference for me!

AFTER SPENDING $3200 EXTRA TI HAVE VISION NEAR AND FAR WITH NO EYE GLASSES I NOW NEED GLASSES FOR READING AND DISTANCE. IT TOOK THREE OTHER DR,S TO CORRECT THE WORK HE DID!!

Dr. Garland did my cataract surgery with excellent results. My wife also used Dr. Garland for her cataract surgery and we were both pleased with the outcome and the professional treatment given by Dr. Garland and his staff. Mine was done under difficult conditions while his facility was being rebuilt after the hurricane and in spite of the less than perfect conditions all went well..

VEry Professional and the Eye Center has the most modern equipment. Truly laser cataract surgery Others claim to have the laser but only the Eye Center has the laser. I also had a lesion taking off around my eyes and he is ocularplastics trained
