Dr. Paul Gardner, MD

I went with Dr. Gardner for my diastasis recti surgery and for my double mastectomy, with nipple and skin sparing surgery. He is an amazing surgeon. If you saw me in my birthday suit, you would not be able to tell I had the surgeries. Dr. Gardner is easy to talk to. His staff are also amazing to work with.

I am so impressed by Dr. Gardner and his staff. They went out of their way to make sure I felt safe, relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Gardner took the time to Talk, listen and analyze. He gives you his opinion openly and honestly so you know exactly what to expect. My results were amazing!! Above and beyond what I expected!! I highly recommend Dr Gardner you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Gardner exceeds my expectations continuously. His work on me has been impeccable! I will continue to refer all of my friends and my own clients to him for his expertise, professionalism and genuine kindness. I feel complete comfort and trust when in his care. Definitely the best of the best in the field.

Unfortunately, this is not a positive review and it took me over 7 years to write it. I struggled with myself to write this because I do like Dr. Gardner as a person. At our initial visit, he had promised to make me happy with the results of my rhinoplasty and deviated septum issues. Ultimately, I was not and am not happy and every subsequent visit after the procedure I tried to express that but he always had a reason or excuse. He really should have offered to go back in and tweak my concerns and he did for my sister but not me. I am not a demanding patient so I acquiesced when he would offer alternative treatments (needles) to address my concerns which in fact didn't change anything except to enlarge my pores on my nose giving me rough skin and now I always get pimples regularly which I hadn't before. I also didn't like the look of the final result. I wanted it less wide at the bridge and the tip but that is NOT what I got. I realize this is a long post but I had a lot to say.

Dr. Gardner is, in my book, not only an incredibly skilled surgeon, he is also a man of compassion, kindness and patience. He and his staff make you feel comfortable from the moment of check in. I wanted a face lift but was concerned about not looking natural as I've seen far too many of those. He assured me otherwise, throughly answered my questions and i am very pleased with the result. His skills are amazing and in addition, he is so very down to earth! His staff reflects his high standard of care as well. The whole experience was beyond my exceptions and I am very thankful.

Not friendly anymore, after you pay for and have expensive procedures, you get rushed in and out they don't need you anymore.. Staff act snooty especially if you are elderly. It's all about the money here.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to this wonderful physician and his staff. I had a neck and face lift in April. Dr. Gardner was honest about what I could expect and never pressured me. The level of care post pre and post op was compassionate and complete. I was treated from beginning to end as though I was the most important patient he ever operated on. His nursing and office staff go above and beyond to be caring and compassionate. The result was beyond my expectations. I feel as though 15 years have melted away. I have received compliments from people who did not know that I had the procedure. The comments are only about how "rested" I look. In other words--the results were so beautiful and natural that no one knows that it was a face lift. I did a thorough job researching who I wanted to do this procedure. From meeting him, I knew he was the doctor for me. This is an extraordinarily gifted surgeon. You will not be disappointed in selecting Paul Gardner.

As a cancer survivor, I look for skill, quality, & compassion. Dr. Paul Gardner is all this! From the beginning, I felt valued. Years of appointments have made me skeptical. I needn’t have worried. The staff was warm & welcoming. Dr. Gardner was kind & empathetic. He offered options but left the decision to me. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. I have a beautiful outcome! I’m grateful for Dr. Gardner's skill & honesty, happy with my appearance, and more confident than I've been in years!

Dr. Gardner is probably the most normal plastic surgeon in the world. Friendly and down to earth. He makes you feel ok no matter the issues. He will not give up if you are not happy and tries his best to reach your goal. He is one of a handful in the Naples area who takes some insurance and should be applauded, especially anyone with breast cancer needing reconstrution. He chooses his staff carefully and every one of them are caring, kind and helpful. This office shines above the rest. Thanks

Really? the individual who left a 1 Star makes one question her more than the Office of Dr. Gardner. I chose him for my treatments after interviewing and reviewing many other plastic surgeons. Both he and his staff were the most professional and helpful that I met. I am now 10 days post surgery and am thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend him.

I would never recommend this office to anyone. My dogs are too good for him.

Dr. Gardner is a caring and compassionate surgeon. He is easy to communicate with and makes you feel at ease immediately. He is honest, prefers a "natural" look and is a perfectionist.. Prior to scheduling surgery, I met with several plastic surgeons. I wanted to be sure they had the same overall philosophy and goals as I. I am post op 6 months and can honestly say that he has done everything he said and the outcome is great. He and his staff were in tune with my needs! Highly recommend

Dr Gardner is not only an excellent plastic surgeon, but he is an honest one as well! Dr. Gardner recommended a procedure that was best for 'me' the patient -- not the procedure that would put more money in his pocket. How reassuring and refreshing!!
