Very professional and very thorough

I'll preface this by saying I've taken my son to 10 vascular surgeons in UT, CO, TX, PA, & MD for my sons multiple vascular syndromes. Dr Gagne is in the top 3. We traveled from upstate NY to see him. He thoroughly reviewed all my son's previous medical records, spent a long time explaining his perspective and concerns with us and left us with a few options moving forward. It's not necessarily great news, but its obvious he knows what he's talking about and he wants the best option for my son, not to just order unnecessary tests at great time expense. The office staff on the other hand is flippant, disinterested and couldn't be bothered to even look directly at us. The guy who checked us in was literally texting on his phone the entire time, never smiled and acted as though we were the bane of his existence. Stark contrast to Dr Gagne's demeanor and work ethic.

My cardiologist and my neurosurgeon sent me to see Dr Gange for swelling of left leg. Dr Gange examined my leg, asked me questions concerning the type of surgery I had on my spine. He explained what could be causing the swelling, but needed tests to confirm. An ultrasound was done that day in his office. Dr Gange ‘s staff set up appointments for me to follow up. A Ct scan of regions of my body, bloodwork to be done, and a follow up appointment. I had the bloodwork done, but the CT scan is scheduled soon, so is the follow up appointment. Dr Gange took care of several blood clots in my right leg several years ago. I have an IVC Filter in me at the present. Dr Gange said we may remove it(IVC filter). I am so pleased with Dr Gange over the years and currently, too. I trust him completely and he comes with such high praise from other physicians. I would recommend seeing Dr Gange for any issues. Thank you.

Dr. Gagne and his team are disciplined and top notch with treatment of vascular issues. I have had several procedures and each was approached with care and excellent pre and post surgical communication and follow up. The surgical suite at Dr Gagne's office gave me a sense of assurance that every detail of my care was attended to.

I recently saw Dr Gagne for leg pain that my primary wanted me to get checked out for a vein issue. He was a very caring and sweet doctor who saw me 3x in 24 hours in order to make sure my imaging was reviewed before he was OOO.

Everyone from front desk to clinical staff, including Dr. Gagne, is professional, kind and helpful. The care, from scheduling to procedures, is top notch. Dr. Gagne explains and listens at at high level and is very personal.

I never actually got to see the doctor so MAYBE he would have been good, but they kept rescheduling my appointment. They rescheduled my appointment THREE times and just tried to reschedule it again for the fourth time. I finally told them to forget it and I will find someone else. I NEED to actually SEE a doctor, not keep playing phone tag with their scheduler. This shows total incompetence.

Dr Gagné is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, honest, and personable, with an uncanny knack for understanding what a patient is capable and willing to absorb at one time. He's funny, too, although that might just be with me -- in which case he is an excellent judge of character. I am fully confident in his hands.

Dr. Gagne is incredibly smart--and caring. He has helped me through two serious situations, diagnosing them, prescribing treatment, and follow up care. He has also referred me to highly qualified specialists, as needed. While the wait time can be longer than I may have expected, I genuinely appreciate the time he takes with me -- and his office staff's follow up. He is among the best!
