During my visit Dr. Friedman took his time, explained the procedure and relieved my nerves. I was extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend.

Dr. Friedman is extremely knowledgeable and demonstrates a genuine commitment to his craft and to understanding what patients’ desired outcomes are. I was very pleasantly surprised by how effective (and painless) his treatments for my scars have been, and the improvement in their appearance has exceeded my expectations. I have also seen Dr. Friedman for botulinum toxin and had fantastic results. After having negative experiences with several other injectors over the years I was hesitant to try it again, but he took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and what I did not like about treatments from other injectors, and he delivered exactly what I asked for. His team members and staff are also wonderful. I would not entrust my scar or cosmetic injection treatments to anyone else.

The staff is very professional but friendly. Had a laser done with Dr. Friedman, who was recommended by my own dermatologist as the best laser derm in Houston. He explained everything to me and took his time to answer my questions. Highly recommend him and his office.

I had a great experience with Dr. Friedman. It was my first time meeting him and coming into his clinic for a laser treatment on my birthmark and I immediately felt comfortable. I had felt like my treatments on my birthmark were a big deal for my entire life and after leaving his clinic afterwards, I felt so much more relaxed and realized it was a completely normal part of my life. Aside from his proficiency in treatment, he is caring and has genuine concern for her emotional wellbeing as undergoing the treatments is not easy for an 8 year old. I came for birthmark removal and he’s done a fantastic job so far

I started a tattoo removal in New Orleans, LA and had a terrible experience. I was left with severe scarring and moderate ink removal (at best). The experience left me unable to trust just about anyone to do any type of laser removal on me, so I started some research and found Dr. Friedman through publications he had been featured in. I started seeing him soon after and, 3 years later, we have come such a long way. He was able to get rid of most of my scarring and 99% of the ink. Having a scar from a tattoo you hoped to be removed is a truly disappointing experience. I would have never been able to achieve 99% removal of the ink and scar without the expertise and patience of Dr. Friedman. I now fly from New Orleans to Houston to see him for most of my dermatology needs and he has my total and implicit trust. Please do not let just anyone with your tattoo removal. I saw Dr. Friedman for a burn around my mouth from a fraxel treatment by a plastic surgeon. It was red, lumpy, itchy, tight and constantly irritated. I was in a fragile state experiencing depression and anxiety. He gave me hope that he could minimize the scarring and redness with 6-12 vbeam treatments. After 18, I am now almost completely clear minus some texture issues. He has given me my life back. I would highly recommend this doctor for anyone experiencing something similar. I would definitely recommend Dr. Friedman for mohs surgery. I have had six such surgeries and they were very successful. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Friedman to anyone needing mohs surgery; he won’t cut off more than is needed. His staff is always cordial and makes you feel welcome. I never have to wait very long before I see Dr. Friedman. He’s the best.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Friedman for any cosmetic treatment. I am getting married in June and had several scars on my back and arms that I wanted to get rid of. 5 stars. Outstanding work. Referred by my oculoplastic surgeon for cosmetic laser resurfacing around my eyes. All my expectations were met. Returned for Genius RF microneedling. Phenomenal results. Dr. Friedman is a leader is dermatology & laser techniques. Well worth the investment. Straight answers & you will be told what will work & what is not necessary. Will be returning for follow ups as needed to maintain the phenomenal work he did. I had a large 7 hour Mohs surgery. It was oddly pleasent. Nice surroundings and gracious support staff. Mostly I appreciated that even though this surgery took up much of his time for the day. I never once felt that he was rushed or in any way risked any time-saving short cuts. Mohs means he has to do a lot of pathology himself on frozen specimens. He was meticulous. I felt I was receiving responsible medical CARE and not mere insurance endorsed medical treatment. There is a difference!

Not only is Dr. Friedman very knowledgeable, and professional, he is also kind and down to earth. I have had vbeam and fractal laser work done, the effects are substantial. There is also pain control, in the form of NO gas, for the fractal procedure. The support staff are excellent and attentive. The skin care products on site are also excellent. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Friedman to anyone needing help with skin concerns.

Overall a terrific experience! Dr. Friedman was extremely knowledge and has a great bedside manner.
