Dr. Curtis’s was great, explaining the nature of the rash. He prescribed a medication and discussed how to avoid it in the future. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a nice quick, productive appointment with Dr. Curtiss, and I'm pleased with his service. I was never able to connect to the portal with the provided SMS link. There has been no way to get support to log in. It's clear this is a conglomerate that has rolled up local offices. Calling the published number for the Carrollton office connects to a centralized call center after a long voice recording announcing the office relocation and no way to speak to an actual person. On 5th call, I did finally connect to a very helpful agent in a company that takes calls for 40 plus various medical offices. He was able to send a internal message to the local Carrollton TX office. I hope that results in the visit records I'm trying to obtain.

Front desk staff very efficient, doctor’s assistant Adrian very helpful, Dr. Curtiss affable, courteous, answered questions thoroughly. Very short wait to get in. I will definitely be back!

My experience was not bad at all. But maybe a bit more engagement would be appreciated by the doctor. I feel like he just came and went in a hurry and did not really engage at all. He was relying on me to tell him what the problem is rather than him diagnosing. Overall I would say the staff was nice and professional and took me in in a timely manner and I appreciate that.

He is very smart, he correctly diagnosed my mother's skin condition in a second as soon as he looked at it, he prescribed the right medication for her skin condition and the skin condition improved in just few days. He has a pleasant personality, he is patient friendly, easy to get along with, very professional in his mannerisms and appeared knowledgeable.
