I wouldn’t be here today
When I first met Dr. Conti, I was a broken, shattered, hollow version of a young adult due to unbelievable abuse I’d only recently escaped months prior. He has seen me at my worst and has worked with me for almost 18 years to become the woman I am today. Dr. Conti helped me start processing everything I’ve been through. With a team approach, including working with Sonali and Charlotte, I have managed to overcome a 20 year battle with AN, I ended the years long cycle of SI behavior and hospitalizations, and they’re continuing to help me work on my PTSD. Without Dr. Conti, Sonali and Charlotte, I wouldn’t be here today. I will never be able to fully express how grateful I am for their continued support, encouragement, and belief in my ability to get better. Team approaches are honestly what facilitate healing.

Really weird super arrogant defensive guy who has to actually attack his patients if he feels conflict. See how he reacts to any negative reviews just here on this website. That’s how he treats you as a patient.

Dr. Conti has been my doctor for a number of years. I find him to be kind, compassionate, and truly excellent. He routinely goes above and beyond. Dr. Conti is always courteous, very professional, and offers thoughtful and creative support for my journey of healing.

I am not sure who is more horribly rude and unprofessional, Dr. Conti or his administrative staff. The doctor seems to think very highly of himself, to the point that he will not bother returning important, time-sensitive messages or phone calls. Of equal concern is the audacious arrogance (or ignorance) of his office manager, Carmen. It defies logic how a person of this caliber is put in charge of anything. Be prepared for a collectively expensive, demeaning and condescending, experience.

My first impression of Dr Conti was impressive, very highly qualified. However his Scheduling person is incompetent; I needed a prescription pre approved it took over a week and first she lied stating it was turned down . Which turns out not to be the case. I was perscribed a controlled substance; the Dr never followed up nor any instructions to taper off medications. I only received a text from Amber asking to pay the bill. His NY rate is $800.00 per hour, which I would pay if he was best.-f

He will punish you for being honest. Do not be honest with this man, you will regret it immensely. Pawns you off to his coworkers as others have said. Charges close to 4 digits per hour.

This man has the skill to help you change your life. But I agree with other reviewers in that he can pawn you off onto his coworkers when he is too busy. He does seem to care, though, for the most part. You’ll need a lot of money if you wish to be seen by him, however.

I saw Sonali as well. Unfortunately, the other reviewer is correct. Paul passes you the patient off to Sonali when things get serious, and then Paul refuses to talk to you unless you talk to Sonali. He really pushes you, uncomfortably so, to talk to her. Sonali is a nice person but she is greatly lacking in knowledge. Of course, the real problem is that Paul doesn't have the best interests of his patients in mind, he puts the interests of others first. So avoid Pacific Premier Group at all costs

Lied to me repeatedly, wants no discussion just following orders, will serve others before you. Doesn’t understand most things he pretends to understand. Friendly at first but will turn on you quickly if you question his methods.

Extremely knowledgeable, accessible, relatable, professional, responsible, thoughtful, helpful provider. He and his group have seen me through a few serious crises and have greatly helped me improve with chronic conditions. Super responsive and caring. Worked with my family members as well. Involved me heavily in decisionmaking process. First doc I’ve had who’s treated psychiatry like a medical science. Cannot recommend highly enough!!! Thank you Doctor!!!

I saw Dr Conti for about 9 months. At the beginning he was very nice, but upped my dose very high from what I was on before. He was very adamant about me seeing his coworker / social worker Sonali Patel. Then I never saw him but only Sonali. She didn't even have the basic knowledge or life experience to help. To understand addiction and mental illness. Long story short, HE discharged me from the practice and Had Sonali do all his messy work. Thankfully I found adoctor withindays and still there
