Although this was my first visit with Dr. Chang, I would like a doctor who will actually listen to you and not treat you like a number and he doesn't have time for you. He may be a fine doctor and it may have a lot to do with how healthcare is changing, but it would have been nice if he would have asked a few questions of me, not only just go over my records. Its bad enough not getting to see people's face because of the masks, but he could still be attentive, turned from his computer and at least pretend to care. The NP that I was with before I was assigned to him when she left was wonderful. She actually listened and showed that she was a caring person. She was very thorough also and because she listened caught some things going on with me someone else may not have. That was my experience and it was my first visit. Maybe things will improve, maybe not. We shall see.

Dr chang is an amazing physician. He listens to you and very responsive. He is also very proactive in diagnostic medicine and thinks outside the box. Very good doctor. His nurses are also awesome. They are also very proactive and very responsive when i had nursing questions. The front desk staff are also very nice and helpful. Overall a great atmosphere in the practice. Their care is pretty awesome that if they ever expanded locations in other areas of asheville they would do really well with that growth and exceptional patient care.

Dr. Chang had been caring for my family since 1998. I have the great fortune of working in ER at that time and got to see Dr. Chang with his patients and hospital staff. Wonderful with us all! He has cared for us through events large & small. He knows his stuff, treats us with respect and with his time. He listens, cares, and is exceptionally good in keeping us healthy and well informed. Many of my friends are now his patients.

Have been a patient of Dr. Chang's for 30 years. Educated at the U. of Chicago, Dr. Chang is extremely well trained and consistently on top of new developments in the medical care world. His recommendations over the years have always been "right on target". I highly value his medical opinions and anticipate he will be my personal physician as long as I am in this world.
