Pannilectomy done in May 2023
Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I had a car wreck In June which caused my drain to come out. I went to the ER. They called him but he told them to just send me home and not worry about the drain. Two weeks later he told me that the swelling was due to a hernia not because the fluid was building up inside me. Three days later I ended up in the ER. They told me I had an very large seroma that might have become infected. I was in the hospital from July 1st to July 28th and at home with a nurse coming in until August 25th. Here we are one year later. I still have not healed correctly. Every time I stand up my stomach cramps like a Charlie horse. My scar feels like it is on fire. I feel like I’m walking around with a 2x4 in my stomach and I still experience daily pain. I have another CT scan scheduled for later this week to see what corrective steps can be taken.

2002 Saline Breast Augmentation
Dr. Callegari did my 2002 saline breast implants when I was 18, when silicone wasn’t FDA approved at the time. Silicone implants had been used before and was after. My high school teacher had used him as well, recommending him. He did an amazing natural job, there were no issues. The doctor was very amicable and answered all of the questions that my mother and I had. I am still pleased with them in 2024 and I’m 40! Thank you Dr. Callegari!

Callous and unprofessional
Before my surgery Dr Callegari answered questions and had all the right answers. Post-surgical care has been laughable and actually cruel. From disregarding pain, swelling and spiking fevers to hanging up on me in the after hours call because I let out an expletive when pain hit me. It went so far during a post-op appointment that he was actually addressing my boyfriend instead of me. The doctor has lied to me telling me problems couldn't be related to the surgery and turning around and telling the emergency room that they are. He put stainless staples in me knowing that I'm severely nickel allergic. During one after hours call when my fever spiked to 102° , he told me it wasn't cause for concern and hung up on me. I have never in my life experienced such lack of care. He didn't think it necessary to use gloves when he removed my surgical drain and staples. If you're considering this doctor for any reason, run. Run far

Dr. Callegari is amazing. He listened to me when I said something wasn't right, took x-rays of my hand, explained what needed to be done and how he was going to achieve it. Dr. Callegari was prompt in scheduling for surgery, and did amazing work. I would recommend Dr. Callegari to anyone. Thanks Dr Callegari

Calm, patient, explains what is about to happen
Surgery on a broken/dislocated finger. Dr. Callegari was always on time, explained in detail what happened and is about to happen, even going over x-rays; entire experience was predictable, without "drama", surprises. Dr. Callegari was accessible after-hours and after surgery for questions (call-back in 5 mins!), and the outcome of the surgery was flawless.

In 2012 I had a tummy tuck done. I was very fit, 5'5, 127 lbs. My scar is very crooked. I asked why I had a little pooch on both sides right above the scar, and was told it would go away. It did not. 10 years later looking for another surgeon to fix my tummy tuck.

Top notch hand surgeon, best bedside manner of any doctor I have seen to date. He is careful to listen to your concerns, he explains what he is going to do in a manner that is understandable. He is patient and kind. I will definitely send everyone I know to this doctor, he is one of the best out there!

if I could give 0 stars I would, why because I never got work done. I was dropped as a patient because I kept asking to see pictures before I got a tummy tuck (tt) done by them, which to me is a fair thing to want. They said they don't think they can meet my expectations but I never told them what they were they was assuming. I just wanted to see his work that's all. I can understand him dropping me from the tt because he wasn't comfortable (or don't do many of them), but to drop me also from doing my insurance paid breast reduction is hurtful. This is something medical necessary for me that I have been waiting for and he just disregarded my medical needs and dropped me all because I was wanting to see pictures of his work.

This man preformed numerous surgeries on me. I went septic and ended up in an e.r.everytime & I would go back in to have my post mastectomy implant removed & a new expander plopped in.He wouldnt culture it because I had already had vanc at the e.r. & it was my fault I wasn't taking this serious. He would get p/o'd & chastise me like a child. We did this over &over. Thank God I ended up in the e.r. & the Dr. Was sending me by ambulance to tulsa. He begged me to let him find a new surgeon. Thx God
