Dr. Burton is THE nicest man. He cares for his patients and he is a very skilled doctor. I have been seeing him for a long time. He keeps me walking .

Dr. Burton did my hip replacement revision surgery and he was great!!! He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He explained everything to me, knew what was happening and how to fix it! I have had a lot of doctors and he definitely is my #1 in his specialty and in my top 3 of all the doctors I have ever had!! I'm so thankful I found him because I will probably need more surgeries done and know I can be certain of his abilities!!

I have had both knee replacements operated on by Dr. Burton. My R-Knee was done on February 2022 and my L-Knee was on October 2023. Follow up appointments were always on time. Dr. was very thorough in answering my questions. Staff us always pleasant and helpful.

The patient (P) started to see Dr. Burton (physician) approximately 6 months ago. Initially the P trusted the physician's Healthgrades of 4.2 & @ face to face visit he was very nice. Until last appointment he provided only lip services & nothing was materialized. He wrote a DME prescription & gave it to one of his assistants A to send to a particular provider. After 3 months have passed the P again inquire about the prescription. The A mentioned that a copy of prescription was sent to a provider 3 months ago. Twice when P phoned their Hemet office A told P to wait until they hear from a provider then they will let P know. At last appointment with the physician, when the P asked A the name of the provider where she sent the prescription, she didn't know the name nor the address. She only gave a phone number to P to call. When P phoned the provider it never receive P's prescription from Hemet office. For every appointment wait time is 1+ hour & exam room was very warm.

They were on time and everybody was very caring and professional. Dr Burton had a great demeanor. Only complaint was a resident attended my visit and Dr Burton spoke to the resident the entire time, as if I wasn’t there. I was the patient. The Dr should speak to me.

Dr. Burton replaced my right hip and straightened my pelvis with a large screw. The damage to my hip had likely been as old me (65) when he corrected the whole area and gave me legs of the same length - a real gift. "magically" that also removed the sway back I had all my life. Dr. Burton also paid attention to my other chronic conditions while treating me for the hip.

Dr Burton was so personable I really felt he actually cared about my condition. You don’t get that much these days... Dr. Burton patiently explained my condition then he laid out the options for me. No pressure. He answered all my questions then said for me to take my time to make a decision on how I wanted to move forward. I feel very blessed that Dr. Burton was the doctor that was available for my appointment. I was nervous but It turned out to be such a pleasure and a comforting experience because of Dr Burton.

Yes, yes and yes. Dr. Burton in my opinion is at the top of the list for any doctors. He has a pleasant professional demeanor. He lets you know that he is there for you and caring for your best medical advice and treatment. I went to see him for a second opinion for my knee and leg pain. Prior I had and was seeing another orthopedic surgeon for over eighteen months. I was getting pain shots and placed on drugs for my pain. The day I meet Dr. Burton he said within two minutes that he knew what my pain was caused from. He directed me to his x-ray person to take a picture of my hips. When I went back into see Dr. Burton he ask me to view my x- ray. He pointed out that I was in need of two hip replacements. This was the cause of my pain for the past eighteen months. To me Dr. Burton was a blessing from a higher authority. May God bless snd continue blessing him and his staff. Jim Chism. A blessed patient.

Dr Burton is my regular ortho doctor. He is a good listener which I love. He gives you all your options for treatment including therapy and does not pressure you to immediately have surgery. I trust him to always give me the best advice on how to proceed.

Yes I would recommend Dr. Burton to all those inquiring about knee replacements. He might be one of the only orthopedics whom actually gave what I've truly needed to hear in two visits, to delay or avoid replacement surgery in my life. I usually push for replacements, now thanks to Dr. Burton I have new goal. To avoid having any knee replacements ever. He listens and tells how it is kindly yet till I finally understand, now, so thank you Dr. Burton. Through his referral inside the Arrowhead Orthopedics I will be given the opportunity to have significant amount of pain lessened by 80% in both knees through injections and cartiziation of certain tendons in each knee. This will allow daily walking, physical therapy, resulting in weight loss accompanied with strengthening of muscles around both knee joints. This is a preventative long, self-dedicated, yet in my opinion a great way to never have to endure an unknown and repetitive surgical knee replacements.

I saw Dr Burton for a consult on my hip. After reviewing xrays & examining my hip, he patiently explained my condition & my options and answered every question I had. When I'm ready, he is the one I'll choose!

I needed a knee replacement and searched the web for a Physician that was not only highly qualified but also one that listened, cared and would be there for me if I had issues following the surgery. I had experienced medication issues with my other knee replacement and was not looking forward to the second one. My original Dr. who performed the first one had retired so I had to go outside the network to locate another. It was a long process to get approvals along the way but after 9 months of phone calls and completing paperwork I was successful and finally met up with Dr. Paul Burton! I was immediately reassured that I had indeed chosen the best possible surgeon in the area. He was so warm and personable as I explained my previous difficulties with medications and he reassured me that any issues I encountered would be addressed quickly. I had complete confidence in him and he did a wonderful job. My recovery was so quick that even my Physical Therapist was amazed! Thank You!!!

My first hip replacement with Dr. Burton in 2009 went beautifully and there’s been no problem with it. This year I needed the other hip replaced and I’m grateful Dr Burton is still in practice. I used to work at the hospital where he did my surgeries and I know first-hand of his excellent reputation. My experience from my first office visit with him this past July through my recent post-op appointment was perfect. His office staff, including schedulers, Medical Assistants and Physician Assistants, are professional, efficient and friendly. All staff members used proper Covid 19 protocols. I highly recommend Dr Burton if you need a hip replacement.
