Unreliable, unprofesional.
Canceled my mothers foot procedure appointments 4 times on short notice. Very unprofesional. Front desk rareley calls back. She will be finding a new podiatrist

I wish I could say my experience was fantastic but I have been on the phone for 30 minutes (and still waiting) attempting to make a new patient appointment. Out of that 30 minutes, I've spoken to a young lady for less than 2 minutes. Extremely horrible front office staff! RIDICULOUS! And finally got hung up on...38 minutes and 48 seconds of being on hold.

I’ve tried to see him twice, and tried is the key word here. I am a new patient and had a two month wait to get an appointment. I was driving in the parking lot and they called me to notify me that the doctor would not be in and we had to reschedule. I was given another appointment for a month later. I had to reschedule it, but then finally got an appointment for three weeks later. Went today for my 8:00 appointment and was in the lobby waiting to see Dr. Brooks when they called me up and said he would not be in and we had to reschedule. I was appalled. I’ve been waiting 4 months with severe foot pain and still no doctor. This is so unprofessional! I will not go back. They clearly state on their business card that if you fail to give them 24 hour notice of cancelled appointment, you will be charged $25. I believe Dr.Brooks owes me $50, not counting the lost wages for taking off work. Don’t know how he stays in business.

Receptionist doesn't return my calls or emails. New patient and haven't gotten any calls back. Came in to schedule surgery and was given the run around even though they said I will need surgery. Wasnt given anything for pain in the mean time. So now I'm just suffering and hoping to get a call back.

Haven't seen Dr. Brooks in over 3 years since my planters fasciitis hasn't been flared up. He told me I could go a couple years and may not have any trouble and then it could come back. Really like him a lot and he helped me so much. Having a recent flare up and called for an appt. I am now considered a "new patient" again and can't be seen for 7 weeks. Not sure how I am going to deal with the pain for that long. However, I see on this site that he is accepting new patients. Just a thought... maybe the office shouldn't accept new patients if you can't see the ones (who are in pain) and who are already established with you.

I have ask several times to receive A call from Dr. Brooks due to his office manager Kristi threatening me, then she wants to try and turn the table, make it sound like I was the Unprofessional person. That’s after she hung up on me 3 times, as I was only calling because I received bill and was trying to get it fixed. No call back so guess the Doctors are ok with their staff and office manager being outrageously unprofessional.

Inept Office Staff This is the second time I made and appointment only to be told that I did not have an appointment when I arrived. I drove 50 miles to see Dr Brooks and his office staff was so unhelpful and inept. Dr Brooks is a wonderful doctor but his office staff is truly awful and a poor example of how to treat patients.

Dr Brooks is friendly and helpful. I also am impressed that he doesn't try to sell you unnecessary treatment. The young lady checking in patients was very pleasant as well.

After waiting 3 weeks was refused treatment as staff said they would not accept my insurance, saying it was in a grace period. Called Florida Blue (who lists Brooks as one of their doctors), who promptly said I had insurance, it was not in a grace period, and offered to speak with staff. Florida Blue agent also sent me an email confirming I had insurance, which staff ignored. Staff said I would have to pay in advance to be seen. Ridiculously unprofessional. Do not recommend this practice.
