Disappointing to hear my father had to wait 2 hours before being seen. The office manager never came out to let him know they were behind. Absolutely unacceptable. I would fire this physician and find someone else. I understand he isn’t an impressive physician so going somewhere else would not be a loss.

Paul is a highly trained internist. He works with you, but also lays down what works and what doesn’t. If ypu’re looking to “feel good” or get a “warm fuzzy”, get a less competent doctor. Dr. Blanchard will get you healthy (or healthier), but you have to trust him and work with him. I’m lucky he’s my internal medicine doctor. YOU should be that fortunate.
