When I lived in Midland many years ago, Dr. Best was my primary care physician and I loved his treatment of my and all his patients. Very caring and always took the time to hear your symptoms and treat them accordingly. He was never rushing out the door to his next patient. He was also very thorough; I can't say enough good things about him.
