Highly Recommend Dr. Bearden
Dr. Bearden performed surgery on my left foot on 7/1/22 and did an amazing job. He corrected all of my issues and I’m now pain free. He has such a welcoming personality and fully answers all of my questions. I returned to him because he corrected all of the issues with my right foot several years ago. Thank you, Dr Bearden, for the great care and great outcomes.

I had an 8:30am appointment but had trouble finding his office, as it is back off the main highway in a cut. I called to ask for directions and arrived at 8:35am and he refused to see me. Had the receptionists tell me that I needed to reschedule. No thanks! He’s not that great! I had already filled out my paperwork online and e-Checked in online, so there was nothing for me to do. What happened to the 5 or 10 minutes courtesy? As patients they expect us to wait however long. And his office wasn’t even busy.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid at all costs. Did not explain the procedure. Did not discuss any non-surgical alternatives (even though several exist). Did not answer questions honestly. Office was unable to be reached the day after surgery for emergency questions. Long waits in the waiting room. Rude when asked questions. In short, Bearden is incompetent and a jerk. Avoid Avoid AVOID.

This was my first appointment this morning and I’m coming from the other side of Lexington and it’s the first day of school. I was six minutes late. I called them to let them know I would be about five minutes late due to some unexpected traffic. I got in there and she said he had moved on and would have to reschedule me. Obviously they never have patients waiting in the doctors office for five minutes. I’m insulted and hurt to be treated like that on my first appointment. I was fighting traffic and rushing there and they can’t wait for me five minutes. I have never met a doctor yet who sees patients on the exact appointment time. I bet if I had been there at exactly 830 I still would’ve been in that waiting room at 8:36.

Piss poor customer service. I worked my butt off all day and bussed my butt to make my 230 appt. I missed the exit and arrived minutes after 2:30. I was told I probably wouldn’t be seen since it was now 2:36. Amy Taylor went back and asked Dr. Beardan’s nurse Michelle if I could be seen and she told her no. I will never go back there or recommend anyone to go here. There is no window for travel or error. I have never been to this location etc. I live on the NE side. I fully acknowledge I was lat

I have been a patient of Dr. Bearden for years. Every time, he showed the best qualities found in a professional: good listener, willing to take time to explain details about a condition and give a brief lesson easy to understand; he is very friendly and kind with patients, approachable, highly honest, and above all, has a passion for his profession. I find him pragmatic when recommending a treatment or prescribing a medicine. I am impressed with his academic background. I highly recommend him

Dr. Beardon makes you believe he is looking out for your best interest when he suggests several surgeries, instead of one major surgery. Trust me, after one surgery I ended up with a staff infection. He left his office near the dam and moved in with midlands foot clinic. They are terrible. Slower than snails and staph infection. Foot is worse than before surgery.

This Is the slowest facility I have ever been to...and this includes the VA! The first time we were not seen until almost 90 minutes after our scheduled time. Thinking it was a fluke, I went ahead and scheduled my sons follow up. We are now 40 minutes past the scheduled time and still waiting. The Doc himself is nice, but not worth the wait!

I waited less then 10 minutes to be taken back. The staff was helpful and courteous. But, most importantly, Dr. Bearden explained everything to me fully. He gave me options and did not push anything unnecessary. He relieved my pain and told me what I could and would need to do over time to keep the issue from reoccurring. Great experience.
