Dr. Paul Arnold, MD

My experience was terrible. I have terrible pain from Pancreatitis and at first he seemed to listen to what I was telling him and seemed to care, but after a diagnostic procedure, he then stated that my condition was 'chronic' and I would have to see a 'pain management specialist' for the pain. I've dealt with this horrific pain for years. I have NO history of addiction, of being in rehab, of alcohol abuse, no history of smoking, etc and yet he pegged me as a drug seeker. I don't have stacks of cash laying around to see multiple doctors for 1 medical problem. The office wasn't all that interested in how I was feeling either. Avoid this place!

Kind considerate and caring about your health

Dr. Arnold is fantastic. He's warm and friendly and easy to talk to. Before I saw him, I had terrible constipation that meant I often didn't have a bowel movement for a week or more. His prescription was perfect and it fixed my problem right away. I feel so much better since starting to see him. I'd highly recommend him to anyone seeking his service and I have recommended to friends and family members who have all felt the same way I do.

Dr. Arnold and his staff were very professional and friendly! My colonoscopy process went smoother than I expected, especially after having one 20 years ago which wasn't too bad, but more uncomfortable. The self-pay installment plan makes the costs easier to manage. Thumbs up to Advanced Digestive Care!

Dr was fine. Office ethics are abysmal. I went in for a 5 year follow up screening. Dr agreed screening was due after looking at previous charts. Prep for procedure was an awe full cocktail of over the counter items. Literally worse than any stomach virus I’ve ever had. After procedure I was billed incorrectly, which meant $1000 out of pocket rather than fully covered. The billing office felt the dr should have recommended ‘diagnosis’ rather than ‘screening’ and explained that they have the right to change billing code as they feel fit. My insurance company offered to call to work this out and after Still not being resolved recommended I contact a lawyer. Truly awful people in billing. Additionally anesthesiologists are out of network so you will pay through the nose for that as well. Go any where else except advanced digestive.

Dr. Arnold is exceptional. He is friendly, knowledgeable, informative and has a great sense of humor. My procedure went off without a hitch and I will continue to use him for all my Gastro needs. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

I was skeptical in the beginning due the my scheduling experience. However, on the day of my procedure, I had a change of heart! The staff, nurses, Dr. Arnold and the Anesthesiologist (sorry I forgot his name) were very friendly and through. They explained the procedure every step of the way. I highly recommend and hope that you have the same wonderful experience that I did. My husband will be there in December!

Everything I had read or heard about Dr. Arnold was true. He was patient, knowledgeable, pleasant, informative and kind. I very much liked that he sees surgery as a last result and offers many suggestions to help avoid it. He was recommended to me and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good gastroenterologist.

Amazing doctor! My primary care referred me to a GI doctor for some liver concerns. Depite going into my appointment with a lot of anxiety, Dr. Arnold was extremely friendly, answered my 9383 questions fully, and educated me about my condition and a plan for management. When test results came back, he sent me a message through the online portal and when I replied back with some more questions, he responded the same day! HIGHLY recommended!

After years of going to another doctor and not quite understand my diagnosis and treatment, I saw Dr. Arnold and he took the time to clearly explain everything to me making sure I understood and answering every question I had. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly, a win-win!

Dr. Arnold is so patient and listens to my health concerns and never rushes you through your appointment. He truly cares about your issues. Dr Arnold and his staff are very friendly and always professional I highly recommend him

Dr. Arnold provided exceptional treatment to my Crohn's disease. Was patient and addressed all questions concerning my treatment. Would highly recommend Dr. Arnold.

Dr. Arnold has a wonderful bedside manner, is kind, personable with a sense of humor. He is upfront with his diagnosis, yet offers treatment options and hope for outcome, leaving you concerned, yet relieved. He takes his time, sits with you and explains things thoroughly even using pictures. He takes the time to listen and answer all questions even the many from a health professional patient. I would recommend him to anyone!

He is actually a doctor that will take time to listen. Never disappointed in any of my visits with him, be it a follow-up or a procedure.

Have been w/Dr. Arnold for 10+ years. I have no complaints; only praise. I wish he had more appt time available. But, like me, everyone wants the best and, he is that in all aspects. My husband loves him as well!

Excellent doctor, really listens and cares. Takes good notes and refers back to them each visit. Encouraging. I am glad he is part of my team of doctors.
