Rude
He’s an arrogant man who thinks he’s better than anyone else. Rude, if you’re a low rank in his eyes, he looks down on you. He will not speak to you unless you’re on his level. He puts on a friendly show for patients and family members, then the second he’s away from his patients, he’s back to being an entitled rear end. He’s driven by money. No bedside manner, look elsewhere for a urologist.

Dr. Arnold came highly recommended from some friends and family for my vasectomy. The office is very clean and the staff is amazing. Consultation was quick and simple. He took it from an awkward encounter to a very relaxed and educational experience. When I arrived the day of the procedure I was terrified but was quickly put at ease by the staff. When Dr. Arnold came in and began the procedure it was taken from an anxiety filled nightmare to a relaxed procedure. He was very confident in his abilities and made me feel secure the entire time. At one point I started feeling slight pain and Dr. Arnold adjusted to make sure I was comfortable while still being very quick and efficient. I cannot recommend Dr. Arnold enough. It was a surprisingly enjoyable experience overall and the staff had no issues answering all my questions!

I was told by Dr Arnold that he needed to do the Rezum procedure on me. This procedure entails the Dr inserting a catheter down the urethra and injecting steam into the prostate. When he did the procedure he did not manage my pain correctly. I was in complete agony and came out with an expletive. Rather than deal with the pain he berated me for the expletive. I finished up in the emergency room that night in complete agony with bladder cramps. Dr Arnold told the emergency room physician to prescribe a drug that I found out after I left I could not get at a normal pharmacy. I was without pain medication for nearly 24 hours. When I tried to contact Dr Arnold for help he would take 8 hours or longer to get back to me. I was self catheterizing for 3 weeks after the procedure and I bled for nearly 6 weeks after the procedure My suggestion is that you run from Dr Arnold. He should not be allowed to practice IMHO

I have been working closely with the Doctor and his staff to resolve very serious prostate cancer. I have found, while busy as any excellent physician is, he and his staff have been kind, focused, responsive and perhaps most importantly- competent - very competent!! I have been treated successfully, powerfully, and quickly and am now cancer free thanks to the Arnold organization. Simply excellent !!! I highly recommend Dr. Arnold, I have worked with dozens of great doctors and their staff, and have found this group at the top of the list of cancer warriors- who by necessity place results and care top priorities. I find Dr. Arnold and his staff ( Clayton especially) to set a very high standard in their field and at times amazing considering the numbers of patients they help. I am blessed to have found him and his mastery of HIFU treatment of my prostate cancer- and I am very grateful for his focused and competent resolution of my condition and his commitment to healing.

The doctor was 1 hour and 20 minutes late......and did not even say I am sorry for being so late. Antagonistic and condescending is how I would describe his manner. The office looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.....Stains on the ceiling....dirty walls and doors.

I went to Dr. Arnold with a raised PSA. He did several follow up tests then recommended a Prostate Biopsy. This concerned me because I have anxiety and my neighbor said he had a Prostate Biopsy and it was the most painful thing he ever had. Not done by Dr. Arnold who claimed I would feel almost no pain and he was right. The Snap of the equipment when it fired a needle was the only discomforting thing in the entire 5-10 minute procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Arnold.

Absolutely terrible! Don't go near Arnold unless you want to be damaged for the rest of your life. And - he doesn't care!! Too busy making money and treating his patients like cattle. In constant denial about the mistakes he makes. Brutal.

He did a colposcopy in office 3 wks lafter hysterectomy instead of under general anesthesia as I have learned from other drs. It was the worst pain I have ever experienced, worse than hysterectomy. They inserted catheter in wrong. I experienced pain and extreme leaking. After several calls 2 days later i went in. Didn't examine but rather told me to wear depends. Two days after it fell out with balloon intact, had to have reinserted super painful. My current uro said it was never in bladder!
