great doctor
Telehealth
Dr. Ahn has been my doctor for almost 10 years. He is an excellent doctor, he listens, he has great bedside manner, and has always been accurate with my diagnoses. His front office staff has always been terrible; the two women in the front are always gossiping about patients, while other patients are sitting there waiting to be seen, and the one Hispanic girl is always so mean and has a bad attitude over the phone to people. The girls definitely don't have patience for healthcare but it's also not an easy job and I can understand that. I can see how this turns people away, but I put up with it because Dr. Ahn is the only PCP that I trust with my health. 10 stars for the doctor!

I had repeated infections and was very sick. I had to ask him to culture both my sputum, and a wound on my face more than once. It turned out that I had MRSA pneumonia, and MRSA on my face which he said was a cold sore.

Hi, I’ve been going to Dr Ahn since 1997. I never had a problem with him because I never got sick. For the past 4 months I’ve had everything in the book. I went to him and he wouldn’t even do blood work so I went to an ENT and he did everything. My IGA is high. I have albumin in my urine. I have high cholesterol. I went to him again and he said that when he looks at my results I’m completely healthy. WTH???

Dr. Ahn's nurse, Lauri is terrible, she is so unprofessional and not trying to help. Not sure why she is even working if she doesn't want to work? Terribly managing and delaying the important prescription for 4 months , still not resolved.

Dr. Ahn is a caring doctor, however, his front office staffs are unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and made excuses for their mistakes. They did not properly process any requests to send the prescriptions to pharmacy and referrals to specialist offices. Do not waste your time. Not even worth 1 star.

I liked Dr. Ahn - he was very nice, and seems to genuinely care about you when in the exam room. However, I experienced two issues that are causing me to find another doctor. First, his front office staff is awful. They don't schedule appointments correctly, resulting in an hour long wait beyond your appointment time. They don't respond to pharmacy requests, and they aren't very helpful and can come off as rude. Secondly, the doctor misdiagnosed an injury I had, which required orthopedic card (Dr. Ahn never followed up) and his misdiagnosed my spouse's infection, prescribed the wrong meds, and we had to go to an urgent care to get proper treatment. Look elsewhere for good care.

I have been a patient for over 20 years. Dr. Ahn was my daughters' PCO from age 8 until 15 and he then became my PCO. I am very satisfied with his care and his staff is wonderful.
