I cannot thank Dr. Afrooz enough for his care and artistry. I underwent a deep plane face and neck lift, lip lift and upper and lower bleph in January 2025 and I am already healing so beautifully. He restored contour to my jawline and neck, and I still look like myself, just refreshed! Nurse Paige was a huge help along my journey from pre-op to post-op, and Desiree his Coordinator was also a terrific resource. I recently had the pleasure of undergoing rhinoplasty with Dr. Afrooz, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From the very first consultation, Dr. Afrooz and his staff made me feel comfortable and well-informed about the entire process. This was my second procedure the first was facial rejuvenation. Dr. Afrooz's expertise and attention to detail are truly remarkable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and aspirations, and he provided honest feedback that helped set realistic expectations. His artistic approach to surgery, combined with his extensive knowledge, resulted in a beautifully natural-looking outcome that has transformed my profile.The entire staff at the clinic was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always available to answer my questions. Dr Afrooz is nice and charming at first but his attitude quickly changed when I expressed difficulties with breathing and an aesthetic outcome I wasn’t happy with after surgery with him. I saw him for a revision rhinoplasty but ended up with bulky grafting and a white chunk of cartilage on my tip of my nose. Breathing remains difficult and after reaching out to his office multiple times and getting no help I left feeling very upset with my whole experience.

Dr.Afrooz is very kind and caring in the beginning BUT if you don’t like his work that’s another story. After the 2-3rd day of my surgery I realized the front of my face looked extremely long which I asked about before and Dr.Afrooz assured me it wouldn’t change my front profile. Unfortunately that was not the case at all. After my one week post op I went in crying that I wanted it removed. He stated it looked great and he wouldn’t entertain the idea of removal. I told him I was having panic attacks and couldn’t even go back to work. He told me it was a little problem and I had to keep waiting. He ended up not wanting to remove my chin implant and since it looked horrible my panic attacks would not stop and my life felt like it was on pause. I had to find another doctor to remove it after 4 weeks. Now I’m in the healing process and hoping everything turns back to the way it was. I would not recommend this doctor, he’s not very compassionate, and doesn’t care how his patients feel.

I had rhinoplasty surgery 6 months ago with Dr.Afrooz. I have absolutely loved my Results. I could not have been more happy. He has a great staff that is ready to help when needed. They are quick to answer any questions you have prior and after the surgery. I am very happy I picked Dr. Afrooz! :)

After spending years of being picky and struggling to find the prefect surgeon, I finally found him! Him and his staff are by far the best! He is professional, he is meticulous, he is caring and the results surpassed my expectations. I am so happy I chose him. I am so happy he was my surgeon. I highly recommend to anyone looking to do plastic surgery, to consult with Dr. Afrooz. He is not the cheapest by any means, but he is definitely, in my opinion, the best.
