Dr Huang is is consummate professional. She is a super listener and always spends as much time as needed to listen to the issue. She performed a tonsillectomy on me and it was flawless. No more sleep apnea and a wonderful quality of life! Dr Huang came recommended by no less than five other people! Outstanding Doctor! Bravo

I went to another ENT in mckinney and their office staff was horrible. They put a $40 balance which ended up being a “clerical error “ in front of patient care. I had a great time at throw office from the second I walked in until I left. Dr. Patti is very thorough and really listens to her patients. I found my new ENT!

My children loved Dr. Huang. Her bedside manner is the best of any doctor that we have seen. We saw another ENT who was quick to want to operate on our 7 year old. Dr. Huang suggested other treatments before any surgery and as it turns out we didn't need surgery at all. She is the best!

My 2 year old daughter was on antibiotics 5 times in a year for ear infections. Dr. Huang's expertise and compassion made us feel confident we choose the right ENT. Since our visit with Dr. Huang, my daughter hasn't had one ear infection, and it's been a year! I definitely recommend her to anyone that struggles with ENT problems.

I found a very thoughtful and caring staff upon arrival for my appointment. Once being seen by the physician, she was very thorough with her examination and treatment.

Dr. Patti did my daughter's first laryngoscopy and she did such a great job of keeping her calm and talking her through it. She has a really good bedside manner. Front office was friendly and professional.

Our family loves Dr Huang! She is an amazing Dr who is sweet and always so helpful. She always gets us in when we need to be seen and always knows the best plan to get us feeling better fast. She also has a very smart and caring nurse to help her out. Wouldn’t recommend any other ENT. We even travel to see her since we have moved about 40 minutes away.

Dr.Patti Huang is a compassionate doctor and an excellent surgeon. She listened to my problem and did not rush to surgery until conservative measures were tried. When it was time, she took excellent care of me and fixed my problem. I can breath and sleep better. She is very intelligent and explains things clearly. I highly recommend her for anyone needing a specialist.

Dr Huang is an excellent physician. She is kind, courteous and truly takes an interest in her patients. She tries to treat conservatively before jumping in to do surgery, but ultimately treats the symptoms until resolved. Because she cares so much for each individual, she goes out of her way to try to see everyone in a timely fashion. Her staff is very helpful and also caring and cheery. I would recommend her (and have many times) to anyone having problems related to her field.

I LOVE DR. PATTI!!!!! She's amazing!!! Literally I'll never go to another ENT she's so knowledgeable about so many things. Even things I don't know are related she has the answers too!! She always spent extra time to explain the various treatment options available and only suggested surgery when it was necessary. I really appreciate Dr. Huang and her staff. She is an excellent provider, truly cares about my health and I can't say enough good things about my experience with her. From my initial visit years ago, to my most recent appointment due to a sinus infection, I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Huang.

This was the first appointment. I had nose congestion for more than a week, so it comes with infection. Just family doctor spent few minutes and charge me $253.03. Since my insurance deductible was not meet, I paid 100% and right after 10 days, with a recheck with hearing test. It charged additional $146.58, again I paid it all. One month later, I received another bill. I called Dr. Huang's office and asking why, the person told me if you not pay, it go with correction and have a good day 2 me

Amazing doctor. The reason they tell you you might need a scope before visiting with Dr. Huang is due to the fact that insurance does not cover scopes often. This is not Dr. Huang or the office's fault how your insurance deals with payment. Dr. Huang is incredibly knowledgable and patient, and performed my surgery seamlessly, even scheduling me for a checkup as quickly as I needed.

I recently had an appointment for my kid with Dr. Huang. She was able to create a good rapport with my kid which helped my child in cooperating during the exam and procedure. Dr. Huang is very knowledgeable and she really took some time to sit down and explain to us about the condition, treatment options, and follow-up. Honestly, I feel really comfortable and satisfied that I have found a very good physician. I will highly recommend her to my family and friends.

I experienced a very warm welcome right at the reception area through the entire office. Professionalism, from help with paperwork, testing, diagnosis, treatment plan until check out was unsurpassed. Dr.Patti Huang smile and knowledge could cure many symptoms at the first glance but she explained in simple words my problem, recommended testing that was immediately arranged by her staff without my involvement in calling other facilities and making an appointment on my own. Dr. Huang is my hero.

This was the best experience I've had with an ENT - and I've had quite a few. Dr Huang is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients.
