This is what i sent to Megan... I wanted to make sure both you and your mom are able to sign the contract for Full planner. You are both welcome to pay through Honeybooks payment portal for 1500. Also, let me know if you have any questions regarding the floral quote. Of course, if you want to add or change anything, we can. Also, even if you sign and pay the retainer, you have up to the last 45 days to make any updates on florals. Nicole How is/was your trip?

I have had a very positive experience with the doctors work. I would recommend him both for his bedside manner and for his knowledge and expertise. Doctor V did a great job explaining my procedure to me and making me comfortable with the entire experience.

My first visit was Dr. Villicana gave me hope. However, the follow-up proved to me that medicine is a game. The doctor never showed up for the appointment, and it took me nearly 1.5 hours inquiring why was he so behind that a truthful staff member finally told me that he was in a surgery and had been all morning. Two previous staff members flat out lied to me. One told me that he was on time and the other said he was running a little behind with the patient that was scheduled just before me. Why wasn't I called? Why wasn't I told the minute I checked in? NO ONE CARES IN THAT OFFICE. You will be making a COLOSSAL mistake if you elect to use Dr. Villancana's office. Samples of medication were provided. No follow-up. No apologies were ever stated. What's wrong with medicine in the USA? In part, practices such a Dr. Villicana's are what's wrong, and should be made to close.

Contrary to others, my experience was neither personal not comforting. No contact from him after undergoing outside blood testing he ordered. No follow up to my primary doctor either that referred me to him. 5 months later they suggested I come in. After waiting more than an hour, I had to leave with no consult. Told there is no patient portal, email or calls with the doctor. Patient-doctor communication was virtually nonexistent. He deals in some life & death matters (e.g., cancer) what gives??

My First appointment was for 8:30 the Doctor did not showed up at the office until 9:00. My second appointment was for 1:00, by 1:40 the Doctor was still not in building despite having multiple 1:00 pm appointments Very disrespectful. Feel free to call and apologize for wasting my time.

The doctor is excellent. He listen, explains well. Overall great experience. Staff was courteous, office was clean, and appt was on-time. The only suggestion would be to put all the new patient forms online rather than paper.
