Dr. Patrick Spencer, DO

Dr. Spencer is very easy to communicate with. He takes his time and explains things very well. The other people who help with your appointment are wonderful as well. The reason I am giving this a 3 star is I am not happy with the billing dept. Before I made the appt to get a prescription for my glasses I asked if the appt would be covered with my medicare plan. They checked and said yes it would. A year and a half later, I received a bill for that appt. I called them and asked why I was receiving the bill so late and they said they were auditing their accounts. I told them they had told me my appt would be covered but they still sent me another bill. I have changed medicared plans so it's not easy to call my old provider since I am no longer with them.

Dr Spencer is a wonderful surgeon. He did my cataract and blespharoplasty surgery. I would highly recommend him. He explains everything clearly and his office staff is top notch.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Spencer and I can say that he and his staff are amazing! Everyone in the office was attentive, courteous, and very professional. Dr. Spencer is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and has a good sense of humor! He took a great deal of time to listen to all of my questions and explained all of my answers and medical options thoroughly. This was true even though the office was quite busy. I would definitely recommend Dr. Spencer to anyone looking for excellent eye care! (Additionally, you may safely disregard the negative review which was clearly written by a deranged individual as it reflects absolutely no part of this eye care practice, especially Dr. Spencer)

A very caring and understanding physician, who works to make your vision issues, non-issues. He takes your current health issues and factors them in to your diagnosis, which for me is a plus in my eye health and care. Great job Dr. Spencer and IWorks!

I got lasik done on both of my eyes. The results have been great, and Dr. Spencer and all the staff were great as well.
