My mother has seen Dr. Sapini three times this year. She is elderly and has no trouble with her feet, but her skin is tender and her feet have non-diabetic neuropathy. He and his assistant cut her toenails completely dry, which she finds painful. He charges $40 per cutting, but does not do any direct billing through Medicare or TriCare. Now I need some simple information from his billing office---BUT HIS OFFICE HAS NO WORKING PHONE NUMBER.
