YES. He is Very Professional, Thorough & Positive. I believe that some of personal appeal has been very unkind and misunderstood. Dr. Pfau's very knowledgeable & long-term skilled Staff, have already taken care of many different kinds of upfront necessities before patients see Dr. Pfau, necessities that have included stats and various health problems - in that way, Dr. Pfau already has important INPUT in his hands before seeing and discussing with his patients such things as past history and next steps.

Extremely unknowledgeable and rude! Spent a second with me and I felt very judged the entire time. Has zero bedside manner or compassion for his sick patients.

HORRIBLE! I do not trust this man at all. I saw him for a scope and was told he was the best, that could not be further from the truth. When he met with me before the procedure he seemed very rushed and rude. After the scope I find out he wasn't thorough at all. I am now facing another scope because of his mistake. DO NOT SEE HIM!! waste of money and time. Just don't go with him, even if it's a last resort. NOT WORTH IT!

Lacks warm bedside manner. Brusque. May be excellent technician, but does not come across as an attentive and caring physician.

I have been seeing Dr. Pfau since about 2000. He is caring, compassionate & thoughtful. He always remembers the little things, like that I wear fun socks for my procedures. For as long as I have been seeing Dr. Pfau & as many ERCPs, colonoscopies, EGDs etc, I have never had any problems or complications after the procedure. He's great at what he does. He calls when he says he's going to, listens to all your symptoms & spends time with you. I am so thankful for Dr. Pfau & the care he's given me.
