Highly recommend Dr O’Brien for Ortho surgery
Dr. O'Brien was amazing! He took time to explain what my knee problem was. He gave me my options and we came up with a plan together. Dr. O'Brien was not pushy or telling me you need to do this like some Doctors do. He’s a very nice guy and caring. It was great experience compared to other surgeons I’ve dealt with. I’d totally recommend Dr. O’Brien as an Orthopedic surgeon!!!

Dr. O'Brien and his staff are such great people, their main concern is helping you feel better. I had gone through a year of pain with my shoulder and just a few days after surgery I had little to no pain and 4 months later I am pain free. Thank you!

MRI was supposed to be with dye contrast. Tech injected dye into IV in my hand instead of hip. Otherwise staff was very friendly and courteous. Would recommend Dr. O'Brien to friends and family.

Never felt hurried with Mindy, Kerry, or Dr. O'Brien which was nice. Mindy was excellent in answering questions. The paperwork Avera needs for employees is ridiculous and time consuming for all. Post surgery my knee had more issues than I had planned for. A polar pack would have been helpful from day one. I ended up borrowing one from a friend. PT was forgot in the scheduling process so it put me out further in recovery. Still having issues with swelling which no one seems to know why.
