Unfriendly treatment
Dishonest behavior and actions against patient’s caregiver. Unsympathetic towards disabled veteran and his service dog. Made service dog remain outside for over 45 minutes in the blazing heat. My sister has been a patient for over 10 years but will never attend again. Federal law clearly states that public places cannot deny service dogs access, and I am a disabled veteran and my condition dictates his presence.. Sister has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and he seems unconcerned because she no longer takes 5 medications that all treated the same ailments. No one in his office exhibits professionalism or initiative to act in the patient’s interest. After being a patient of his for over 20 years, she has decided to find a new primary care physician.

Great thorough doctor who listens to your concerns
I am a young African American female who have had my fair share of experience when it comes to doctors having subconscious biases towards us. It feels good having a doctor who actually listens to me. He goes above and beyond to try to figure out the root causes, and also the best way to prevent and treat you. The office staff this year is suburb. I think there is a huge misunderstanding and lack of knowledge when it comes to health care in our community and people end up saying negative things. Doctors aren’t magicians and you have to also do your part. He is doing a great service to all ethnicities, but it sure feels good to have someone who looks like me and understands me advocate for my health. Wouldn’t chose any other doctor.

Unnecessary tests and not addressing issues I was having. Wanted to prescribe way too much medicine. LOST the 2 MRI disc that I brought after they insisted I bring them. (I think that's a HIPPA violation) Wait time up to 3 hours in jam packed waiting room. NEVER again!

I had family members that were patients of Dr. Moore and was unsatisfied with the care he gave them. I'm writing this in their behave about the care they received while in his care. They had doctor visits set back to back and was rarely seen by him. They were prescribed so much medication that had the same functions or was unnecessary. Given follow-up appointments for the test results and wasn't given results, but just more and more appointments. His nurses are caring I have to agree and so was is he, but the care by him was very POOR, he leaves the room saying he'll be right and never return he not with you 5 mins. you. better not have questions he don't have time to answer them. I was really disappointed in the care he gave them and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. He's never there to see his patients anyway. Good luck with that. That's my strong opinion.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore for a year now and he is excellent for my medical needs. He's patient and attentive and his staff is wonderful. Sometimes there is a little wait but the care is so good I really don't mind because his office atmosphere is very pleasant. I would recommend MHG to anyone looking for excellent medical care

i have had a very good experience with dr Moore and i just purchased his domain name MooreHealthcare.com his staff is friendly but take there time when assisting patients i was told it takes 7 to 10 business days to refill a prescription or to have it signed by the doctor that is puzzling !!
