From the moment I arrived at Metro Vein Marlboro, the front desk staff exuded organization, warmth, and genuine welcome. The waiting area was pristine and comfortable, and I was impressed by the virtually nonexistent wait time before being promptly escorted for my procedure. The technicians and medical assistants were not only kind but also thorough in explaining each step of the preparation process before I met with the doctor. Dr. Patrick McGovern was the epitome of professionalism, clearly building upon the information shared by the medical staff. He patiently addressed all my questions, ensuring I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure. My overall experience at Metro Vein in Marlboro was undoubtedly five stars. Scheduling follow-up appointments was seamless, and I consistently felt well-cared for and respected. Furthermore, the billing department proactively handled all insurance pre-approvals, eliminating any unexpected charges.

Dr. McGovern is vey knowledgeable about veins and their treatment. My procedures were effective and my legs look and feel much better! Everyone in the office is great!

Good experience

Dr. McGovern and all the staff working there are a class act. They’re all super nice, accommodating, patient, and great at what they do. They listened to my concerns, thoroughly tested my leg veins, did the necessary procedures, and were always available to answer any questions before, during, and after appointments. Wait times during appointments to see the doctor are very short. The office is incredibly clean and airy, and has a bright, welcoming vibe wherever you go. All around the experience was very pleasant!

Metro Vein Centers is incredible from top to bottom. The techs are all very sweet and knowledgeable. Doctor McGovern is patient and thorough. My procedures were fairly simple and pain free. I would recommend this place and Doc to anyone dealing with vein issues. 5 Stars!

Dr. McGovern is awesome! He not only performs his job adequately but he also speaks a little bit of my language (Tagalog-Filipino). The whole staff is kind and friendly. Making and rescheduling appointments are easy! This team deserves a 100% rating!

Took my mother to the doctor . She has been getting treatment for the past few months on her varicose veins. She loves the doctor and the care him and his staff provide. I usually wait in the waiting area while she goes in. Clean office. Front staff makes it easy to schedule procedures that work around my schedule and hers. 10/10

Had some questions about a previous procedure. I called and Dr. McGovern called me back after he was performing a procedure on someone else. It was late in the day and he said if you want to come in l will be here for you. As always staff are unbelievable and didn’t make me feel I was not holding them up to get home to their families. I really appreciate all of them to me feel better and answers all my questions.
