Rare bacteria infection
Dr Marinello took great care and concern with my elbow. After two procedures and continuous appointments it was determined I had a rare micro bacterial infection as a result of travel. He always made me feel like a priority even when all of the doctor’s schedules are intense. Highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Dr. Marinello.
I’ve previously worked in the healthcare field myself & I truly feel blessed to have located Dr. Marinello & staff. My husband & I travel one hour each way for my appointments & would travel further, if required. Dr. Marinello spends all the time you need-never making you feel hurried, thoroughly answers each question you have with a detailed explanation & treats my husband & I with upmost respect & professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Marinello.

Compared to the first orthopedist I saw for the same condition, Dr. Marinello performed a much more thorough exam, he explained my treatment options in detail, he carefully listened to and answered all questions with no rush, and seemed to care about how my problem was affecting my life. He gave me a cortisone shot in a way that was much more detailed and directed at my problem area compared to the first orthopedist I went to.

I saw Orthopedic Hand specialist Dr. Marianello in Albany, NY I went there as a follow-up with high hopes of being helped for my persistent hand injury condition. He was rushed, curt, and non- caring. Refused to understand my medical history with certain procedures. Refused to discuss options for my care so that I could make an formed decision. I have never been so purposefully excluded in participating in making informed decision about my care. Having options deliberately withheld concerning treatment options and prognosis. Dr. Marínelo had no compassion, for my condition. Rushed in and rushed out. No sensitivity. Made me wonder if this was because of my ethnicity? That is how perplexed I felt for a lack of understanding as to why he treated my care in this indifferent manner. I do NOT recommend him.
