Ankle Replacement Revision
I had shattered my ankle 32 years ago which over the years had led to very painful arthritis of the joint. 2.5 years ago, I had an ankle replacement done locally, however, I continued to have pain and mobility issues. After 2 additional surgeries to try and alleviate the pain with no success and feeling rather hopeless that the situation would never improve, I was referred to Dr Patrick Maloney for revision surgery. He has been an absolute godsend. 3 months post surgery I feel Dr Maloney has given me a new lease on life. The improvement even at this early stage of recovery is astounding. There are really no words to express how thankful I am to him. Dr Maloney is an amazing and skilled doctor and surgeon. Traveling 2 plus hours for my follow-up visits is so worth it knowing the quality of care I am receiving! If you are having foot or ankle issues, I highly recommend you look no further than Dr Patrick Maloney.

Wonderful Surgeon
I had three metatarsal fractures from a bad fall down the stairs. The first ortho surgeon I saw wanted to rush to do ORIF surgery. My brother’s friend in Cali who’s also an ortho surgeon didn’t think I needed surgery based on my prelim X-rays and strongly advised me to get a second opinion. He gave me Dr. Maloney’s name. Dr. Maloney took the time to listen to me and examined my foot. He told me I did not need surgery and recommended conservative treatment. Twelve weeks later, my metatarsal fractures are healing well, and I’m on the road to walking normally again with physical therapy. Thank you Dr. Maloney.

I am over-pronating due to foot drop and neuropathy and it has become very problematic. My regular podiatrist did nothing but refer me to a specialist. My first appointment with Dr. Maloney was very thorough, informative and not rushed. He patiently listened and answered all my questions. We discussed the options and he left the final decisions to me. I will be getting fitted for a brace as well as doing some physical therapy to strengthen the muscles in my foot and ankle. I was 100% satisfied with the appointment and will be returning to Dr. Maloney for follow-up. Also, the check-in person and radiology tech were both very pleasant as well as efficient. (Note: Be sure to fill out and return all the lengthy questionnaires they email prior to the appointment. You won't want to have to complete them upon arrival for the appointment!)

I have been going to Dr Maloney for several years now for multiple issues with my right foot, due in part, I think, to a bad decision that I made to have another doctor do a bunionectomy on that foot. He is great! Always takes time to listen to your concerns, review options and lets you, the patient, make the decision regarding treatment.

I went to Dr Maloney after my local orthopedic foot doctor basically dismissed my problem. Dr Maloney looked at the xrays and listened to my complaints and diagnosed my problem. He gave me some inserts for my shoes, offered to make custom orthotics if it didn't work. Dr Maloney is an incredibly nice person plus he fixed my problem. I am back to doing all of my normal activities.

Dr Maloney reconstructed my foot when no one else would help me. For years I walked every step in horrible pain from 4 metatarsals being shattered. I can't thank him enough for what he has done for me! Great surgeon!

Dr. Maloney greeted me with a smile, a handshake, asked me about how my injury occurred and provided a thorough examination. He then checked my x-rays, which the office performed as soon as I arrived, and let me know what the diagnosis was. He discussed treatment options with me and asked if I had any questions. I didn't. He was very thorough, concerned for my well-being, and sent me home without any significant delay. I would definitely see him again. Highly satisfied!

I saw Dr. Maloney for a chronic arch sprain, and was pleased with his friendly and professional approach. He took the time to listen to my inputs and answer my questions. I had already seen two podiatrists. Dr. Maloney did a better job of explaining the condition, appropriate treatment, and what to expect. I had been worried about the foot being swollen and stiff for so many weeks, but I left the office assured that the foot was healing OK. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

Dr maloney doesn't take time to understand the needs of his patents which resulted in my needing 2 additional surgeries He feels it is a waste of my time to see a patient after surgery discussing the surgery at our first office visit is quite enough he would not allow my wife back to speak with him prior to surgery because interacting with the family is not something I usually do using this butcher for my ankle surgery was the biggest mistake or my life don't make the same mistake
