Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

This review is focused on the practice, not the doctor. How is possible that a medical practice can be so lackadaisical when assisting patients. Let me explain… My elderly mother, who has been a patient longer than most of the staff has been alive, is treated as if she is calling to chat about the weather. My mother, who hardly calls unless she is extremely sick, can not get a call back from a nurse? She has been sick for 2 weeks, today being the worse, calls them at noon, and never heard back. It’s 6 hours later and the office is now closed with no after hours service. I’m 4 hours away. Who’s held accountable if something happens? To say I’m upset is an understatement.

Very disappointed in this Office. Dr. Kerrigan has always been kind to my Husband and I, and he has always tried to assist with our issues, HOWEVER the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. If you need to contact that office be prepared to use your speed dial, and have a good 20 to 45 minutes, because once they answer, they immediately place you on hold for an extended period of time. I was told by the Dr. of a new issue, I happened to record that visit due to the numerous tests I had, the next day when I listened to it I discovered I was supposed to be given a prescription for Cholesterol. If I hadn't recorded the conversation, I would still be without that medicine. I can no longer trust that the staff has their patients best interest as their main goal, and have felt that way for quite some time. Most are uninterested, forgetful, and unprofessional, and show no care for your needs. I would not Recommend this office, due to the office staff.

He's a wonderful and compassionate doctor, but be prepare to wait over 60 minutes before you get called back to the exam room. Bring a book. And another book. The phone line is frequently busy - so you'll have to show up in person to ask a question or change an appointment. He needs a better setup for handling appointments and allowing the volume of phone calls to be received by the office.

Dr. Kerrigan is a great physician. When I visited his office, he made me feel very comfortable. He's very attentive and you can tell he really cares about his patients and was very patient with me. I'm very pleased with his well natured and wonferful bed side manner. I'll recommend Dr. Kerrigan to anyone searching for a great physician.
