My son has very frequent ear infection and disability linked to frequent ear infection. I came asking doc for solutions. He open a drawer and gave me sinus rinse. I pushed back highlighting disability caused by frequent ear infection and fact my son already has antibiotic reaction due to frequent use of antibiotics. I asked for ear tubes, doctor said he would need prior history with him of ear infections instead of …. for example asking me for proof of prior ear infections at minimum. I asked if we should do allergy tests, he said ‘sure’. I’ve never seen doctor that disinterested in conducting a screen or participating in a visit. Everyone has some bad days but it was massive waist of my time. Very disrespectful, disengaged.I’m a working professional with 2 children that need to take time off out of school and wait 2 months for this specialist!?! What about my PTO, time waisted for this? 2 months later, 2 more ear infections we are seeing a doc interested in my sons well being

As a doctor I know quality medicine, and Dr. Kennedy was wonderful. I came in with a hearing problem and left the office fine. He is bright, attentive personable, and caring. He is an outstanding physician.

He knows a lot. Very straight forward and kind. He is a good ENT doctor and I would recommend to others. He told me what was needed and how I can get it fixed.

He listened and didnt let me feel rushed

Many times a doctor will decide what is wrong before you speak. Dr. Kennedy listens, confers with you, and offers rationale for treatment.

I came in to have wax removed. We discussed an issue I had with tinnitus 6 months ago. This is nearly completely resolved with the reduction of daily aspirin intake. Hearing aids provided little relief as my hearing loss is low frequency. The hearing aids do not address the type of loss I have and were extremely uncomfortable.

Professional, kind, listens carefully. Very thankful for him and his team. Dr. Kennedy took the time to look into my health history.

I really appreciated Dr. Kennedy’s professionalism and the time that he took to explain everything about my ear condition and options. He was very kind and took his time to make sure I understood everything. Would highly recommend him!

He never once made me feel like he was rushing !

My experience with Dr Kennedy Jr was very good. He gave a good overview of what I should expect and explained everything when we were done. He’s very professional and I felt comfortable talking to him and in asking questions.

Dr. Kennedy was a wonderful listener,who seemed interested in my concerns. He offered solutions and let me know that he or partners r on call and call when needed! He had a terrific bedside manner and when I had questions, I felt welcome to ask them all! Arrogance is not part of his personality at all!! He’s my favorite MD!

Dr. Kennedy was very Professional and considerate he was so patient handling my dad who is going to be 100. My dad liked him very much he made him feel at ease and took his time with him.

Dr. Kennedy is knowledgeable, explains well, and is thorough and patient.

I have seen Dr Kennedy several times in the last couple of years and he is always right on time, caring and professional. He is my ENT choice.

Dr Kennedy was able to diagnose my issue very quickly and figure out the best course of treatment. Wonderful office staff too! I highly recommend!

Helpful and friendly

Took him 15 min for my visit. He took an unsanitary tool out of a drawer and placed in in my nose and when done placed it back in the same drawer. The receptionists took awhile to great me as they where talking about their own life situations, laughing and very inappropriate. I would not recommend this facility for the lack of service and sanitary tools.

Did everything he was supposed to when checking my nose... no complaints. Pain is subsiding and sinuses are clear. He knew exactly what to prescribe... no longer have breathing problems at night.

Outstanding Doctor!

I had a great experience with Dr. Kennedy! He came promptly so I didn’t wait and he really listened as I explained my situation and concerns. Most importantly his diagnosis and treatment resolved my ailment so I’m happy! I’d highly recommend him. His office staff was also very friendly.
