Dr. Patrick Hogan, DO

Practice just wants to sell procedures. Tried to see Dr twice. All I saw were nurses. Front office staff is rude . Will never come back.

Arrived early to fill out paperwork. I was told that I had to fill out the paperwork prior to my appointment time or I would not get to see NP. I was done in time but had to wait for 5 more patients to be processed. By the time I got to the window it was 5 minutes past my appointment time. The receptionist then told me I Was late! I explained that I had been waiting in line. She then again said that the provider said you are late and will have to reschedule. I then told her again that I was not late. She then made a snide remark to me that it didn't take her that long to check in the prior 5 patents. Prior to that they left me a message that my appointment was set, and I would be seeing a different Dr. So, I called and explained and the lady on the phone was very nice. She reset my new appointment time and date with the right doctor. Two days later I get another message it had the same wrong Dr. So, with that being said I will look for another Dr. I don't need another pain.

I have received excellent treatment and results from Dr. Hogan and AZ Pain Doctors. They have helped my pain tremendously and helped me avoid major surgery.

Office staff is terrible, they do not return phone calls, Was also told that the Doctors will not call you back you need to make an appointment to see them. They staff does not tell the Doctors that you called them or are have problems with a treatment that you had.

No problem with the doctor, just with scheduling and billing. Last visit was in August, had a credit balance for 7 months, told I had to come into the office and fill out a request for a refund. Went to make another appt, told had to fill out paperwork as if a new patient, arrive 45 minutes early. Told them to forget it, they lost a patient.

I've been a patient there for. 4years. They have been keeping me comfortable for that time.January of 2017 the reception tells me there is a problem with my insurance, I say wrong I have Blue Cross on the phone.She says I don't have to get on the phone. She comes back says the insurance is O K. I pay them the co payments. I think it's all good. Well 5minutes later they dismissed me as a patient. I was on all pain medication to keep me comfortable.
