Tennis Elbow surgery
From the moment I met Dr. Guerrero I knew I was in the Drs. Office! Dr. Guerrero explained everything he was going to do to make my elbow better… He was totally right I am one week out of surgery and just about pain-free.

Our experience With Dr. Guerrero was amazing! Everyone at his office is extremely friendly. Dr. Guerrero was very friendly and patient and took plenty of time to answer all of our questions which we had many. It is definitely one of the best experiences we have ever had with a doctor. They made everything very easy from the initial examination (without an appointment) to the successful surgery for our toddler. Everything went great! Thank you Dr. Guerrero, Elvia and staff! Dr. Guerrero operated on my rotator cuff in June, 2018. His staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Guerrero is very patient when it comes to explaining the procedure as well as reassuring any of my concerns. He and his PA did an excellent job and I am happy to say with minimal physical therapy and following his orders I have had full movement and no longer in pain and this all happened in less than 3 months! I highly recommend Dr. Guerrero.

I had total knee replacement in May and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Guerrero!!! It was a big decision to have the replacement but after exhausting all other options-we schedule the surgery. He really care about answering all my questions before and after surgery. My recovery time was relatively short-I didn't experience much pain -I think it was because he didn't make a long incision and used glue instead of staples. He is very compassionate and highly recommend him

Dr. Guerrero is a superb surgeon. I liked and trusted him from my first appointment. He is very personable and has a great bed side manner, which I find uncommon in surgeons. He replaced both of my knees 3 months apart. One was done by him and the second was robot assisted. I didn't like the robot as well but for purely vane reasons. Mechanically I am back on my feet after many years and seeing less thorough doctors. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Guerrero for giving me back my life.

Dr Guerrero is a down to earth specialist with an amazing bedside manner! He spent as much time as needed with me in the exam room answering all my questions without me feeling that he was rushing me. His flexible schedule perfectly accommodated my teaching schedule. I loved and appreciated the fact that he did not recommend any more testing/treatment than was necessary for my condition. He was very conservative w/ my treatment which perfectly resolved my condition.

Drr. Guerrero and the staff at Active Orthopedic, including Dr. MacMillan performed hip replacements for me for both hips, separated by sixteen months. Also, in the interim period based on their referral, I underwent additional disk decompression surgery at UCSF Spine Institute in San Francisco. As a result of this course of treatment, mobility was restored for me at age 67 at a time when I was beginning to believe that I would never be the same agaiin. I highly recommend these talented people

I would unreservedly recommend Dr.Guerrero fo family and friends first because he listened carefully to my complaint. Then he showed me my x-ray and educated me about my own condition. He took the time to answer several questions which were important to me. Then he gave me a treatment which worked and a set of exercises aimed at avoiding a repetition of my problem.

Dr Guerrero is very caring. He listens to the patients & gives you as much time as you need for healing. He doesn't determine when you are healed enough to go back to work, his goes by the concerns of the patient. After my surgery the pain was bad (I had a big tear in my shoulder) but Dr Guerrero kept me comfortable with medication. I would recommend him to anyone. I had another problem I mentioned to him & he got me referred to a dr that could help me.

I have seen Dr Guerrero for two different conditions and, even though he is a surgeon, he has never pushed me to surgery. He always gives options as well as risks and benefits. He is technically very good and is very professional while maintaining a sense of humor.

He used the wrong size device in my leg when doing a knee replacement. He admitted to me after that the device was too large for me! It has caused non-stop pain & very limited movement in that leg! DON'T GO TO HIM, HE ISN'T COMPETENT!

Professionalism and experience is evident from the moment you meet. He explains everything to you in layman`s terms, answers all your questions thoroughly so that you can make a decision that will be in your best interest. Patient with you while you are asking all these questions and allows you to make the final decision. I pray that I never need other related surgeries but if I do, Doctor Guerrero, is the man. My total knee replacement went so well that I have recovered approximately 98% so far
