Dr. Patrick Friend, DDS

My daughter suffered a softball to the face and Dr Friend stayed late on a Friday evening to see my daughter. She suffered a facial fracture which required a fair amount of work including wiring the jaw. The team was amazing and his bedside manner was above and beyond. Can't say enough great things about him and the team.

Dr Friend was very nice and informative. I am glad to have him work on my tooth (I.e. pull).

Dr Patrick Friend is awesome! At first I didn't know what to think and initially thought he was a little cocky, however what I found was it was his confidence in his abilities and his work, which is what you want, right? His dentistry is superb and pain free. I've had a lot of work done in all aspects of dentistry and I must say I was extremely satisfied with not only him but also his staff and the Fairfax Oral front office. Recommend him highly.

I had the honor of meeting Dr. Friend, who was absolutely FABULOUS! Dr. Friend is one talented Oral Surgeon! His bedside manner was above and beyond that of your normal surgeon. I had the best experience one could only hope for. Honestly, who can actually say they had a great time at the oral surgeon's office while in excruciating pain! Dr. Friend was more than competent; this man is brilliant, and aside from his ability, he has a fabulous sense of humor, turning a stressful situation into an enjoyable ending. I am truly grateful to Dr. Friend. I was in great hands for sure and will be forever grateful!

I was very impressed with his "bedside manner". He put me at ease. I had two extractions on the same day and everything went well. The injections were pain-free and the two extractions were completely painless with a minimum of discomfort. I couldn't believe that the teeth had been extracted that easily!!

I’ll be referring anyone I know to Dr. Friend! He is friendly, professional, compassionate, communicative and an exceptional doctor! A four wisdom teeth extraction seems daunting; however, this was a basically pain free procedure. Dr. Friend’s manner makes the patient feel at ease and he is very reassuring. Not only was Dr. Friend incredible but the entire team of medical/dental and office professionals are amazing. They run their office so smoothly, even in the challenge of the current COVID19 environment! Everything they do is with a kind smile and to make the patient experience with their office like none other! Highly recommend!

The entire staff was amazing! Dr. Friend was extremely knowledgeable and he made me feel comfortable right away, and his Assistant was remarkable! Their equipment was top of the line and the resources they gave me for my after care were wonderful! During every step of this process they made sure I knew what was happening! I highly recommend them! I visited his office because of a complicated tooth extraction!

Dr Friend and his Assistant drove from the Woodbridge area to treat me in Fairfax at 5 pm on a Friday. I have a dental problem with a tooth that was pulled with two tooth chips embedded in the roots of the tooth and slipping further into my gum and neck area. Excellent doctor and patient care.
