I haven’t ever met Dr. Frawley, (pandemic and all), but his Nurse Practitioner, NP Moore is wonderful. She has been so kind and attentive to me over the phone and I really feel that she cares about her patients. I look forward to thanking her in person one day for getting me through this difficult time. I also have no complaints of the office staff, they all seem lovely to me. Some other comments complain about the billing, but so far I have not experienced anything unethical.

Consistent horrible service. They do not care enough to call people back about labs even when the results are bad. The office staff is rude and only cares about billing and taking money. I am finding a different doctor an d so should you.

Dr. Frawley is actually a good doctor, very kind. But his staffs billing practices are something that you would find in a Hollywood con artist movie. If you visit this office, be aware that each individual issue that you bring up will be charged to your insurance, and your insurance can deny claims which leaves you with the bill. Even something as small as a splinter in a finger, which you can remove on your own, will cost $130 at this office (for literally 2 minutes of tweezer work).

Dr. Frawley is good, it is his office staff I take issue with. It seems on multiple occasions that they are unwilling to take an extra step to help you. In fact just recently they told me that I was going to have to wait till 2 days after I run out of my meds because they didn't have time to do the insurance paper for it. But like I said Dr. Frawley is good just wish he could pressure his staff to be as well.
