Great staff, professional, competent care
I have been seeing Dr. Fluck and members of his staff for 3 or 4 times a year as he carefully monitors the progression of my stage 3 kidney disease. I have been completely satisfied as he has adjusted my medications and offered suggestions about diet and other measures I could take.

Horrible physician/patient manners
Had only seen him briefly in the hospital. Had follow-up appointments and was not till the second visit that I actually met the man. He came into the room and processed to tell me what I could or could not eat. I told him that I was not going to stop eating certain foods (I would have listened more if he had said that I need to be careful about how much of certain foods I eat). When I stated I was going to continue to eat certain foods I enjoy, he threw his hands up and said" Well, there is nothing I can do here!" and proceeded to storm out of the room. I stopped him with a question about why he thought I needed to stop eating certain foods. He did not answer me but stated very plainly that if I did not do as he said, there was nothing he would do to help control my type 3 kidney disease, and continued to walk out. His assistant is a wonderful person and listens to the patient and suggests behavioral habits that would be beneficial for my treatment and health.

If I could leave no stars I would. Refused to see the patient. Guess he had more important things to do.
