My husband and I are both patients of Dr Ferry and have been for many years. He is very patient, doesn’t rush us, is very kind and answers all of our questions.

Dr. Ferry is thorough, polite, personable, positive, wise, and professional. I know it sounds generic, but I could give many specific examples of each attribute stated. He has taken wonderful care of my family over the past ten years. Our health has greatly improved through his advice and care. He is a hard working yet very responsive doctor who always goes the extra mile to ensure we get the best care possible. I enjoy his attention to detail, his wit, and his charm. My wife and I trust him implicitly.

Communication and advice

My experience with Dr. Ferry and staff was excellent. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, ushered to the exam room by Stephanie who could not have been more friendly and professional. Dr. Ferry was prompt, answered all my questions and made me feel good about his recommendations.

Dr. Ferry is very compassionate, caring and attentive to his patient's need for care. He listens and takes the time necessary to answer questions and addresses all of your concerns. His front desk and scheduling staff are a whole different story. They are inconsiderate, rude, and won't let you see him when you are sick. They tell you that you have to go to an ER or walk in clinic. What's the point in a family physician then. They really need to get that aspect of his practice under control.

Dr. Ferry has been my primary care physician for over two years now, and as someone who works in the healthcare field, I can usually spot the good physicians from the bad. Dr. Ferry is one of the best! He always takes the time to listen, never makes you feel rushed and truly takes the time to get to know you and not make you feel like just another number. Not only that, but his medical reasoning is also very sound. I trust him explicitly and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a competent and compassionate physician.

He can always find time to see us when we need a doctor and even calls us himself when a lab result requires prompt attention. When we leave him, we leave with a written plan that makes certain we are all on the same page. We are grateful that he is our primary doctor!
