Dr. Patrick Evivie, MD

The administrative team at the office often appears to be disengaged, frequently failing to respond to phone calls and displaying a lack of friendliness. There have been instances where incorrect medications were prescribed on two occasions. Attempting to address issues over the phone involves lengthy waits and being transferred multiple times without any resolution, taking up over 35 minutes of time. While I hold Dr. Evivie and the laboratory staff in high regard for their professionalism and care, the experience with the front office staff significantly detracts from the overall quality of service. This aspect of the service is disheartening and has discouraged me from wanting to return. The process of interacting with the office staff is consistently stressful. It's imperative for Dr. Evivie to address these concerns, especially since similar feedback appears to be a common theme in many reviews.

Unprofessional, unfriendly staff, never answers phone. Never follow up with medical referrals or request

I haven't visited the doctor yet . Just tried to make an appointment to see him for the first time to see if He and I can work together.The person who answered the phone and tried to make an appointment didn't sound friendly at all. Tomorrow morning I will call at 8.30 am and cancel Wednesday's appointment at 2 pm

Very knowledgeable and great bedside manner. Takes his time and explains condition and answers questions.

My wife went here looking for help for multiple issues. Long story short, he ignored her every symptom. She ended up the hospital one night after Dr. Evivie brushed her off again stating that she was young so all of her illnesses were in her head. On a whim, I called another location and asked for help. We ended up finding out that she had LUPUS. Her new doctor knew, just by looking at her, what was wrong and had a specialist confirm it. I almost lost my wife because of Dr. Evivie.
